About this property

Tuscaloosa Clean, Safe & Stylish House, Minutes from UA and Downtown

This is my personal home in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood in the south part of town, a few minutes from downtown, UA, the Riverwalk, amphitheater, & many other popular attractions, restaurants and stores. The master BR is en suite with a plush, cozy king bed and double vanity in the bathroom. The living room is a great place to relax. WiFi is available with smart TVs, including Netflix & other apps. The fully equipped kitchen is roomy & seats 6. The outside patio has additional eating space.
It is a split floor plan with the master en suite separated from the other 2 bedrooms for more privacy.
Guests will have access to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, eat-in kitchen, laundry room, backyard with privacy fence.
The only areas not accessible are the garage and one closet.

This property was average. Overall it was comfortable and well suited for our stay. Check in/out was very easy and host communicated well. Some items in the house are in need of replacement or repair and cleanliness was about average in our experience. Although the house is fairly close to campus you'll still need about 30 mins to get to U of A, depending on traffic.

Great Getaway

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was just as described. Neighborhood was quiet, and it was an easy drive back and forth to Tuscaloosa. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice home. Very clean. Just enough room for the family to be comfy instead of a hotel with my grand baby. Not far from University of Alabama where we were there to watch some games.

Roll Tide Stay

We booked this nice home for Bama football weekend. It was just what we needed as it had the room we needed, (six adults two children) and was relatively convenient to campus. This home came with all the basic needs provided and was very comfortable. The owner readily responded to all communication. I would book it again.

Nice house

Very nice house about 20 minutes from University of Alabama. A couple of rooms may be a bit tight but if just using them to sleep in not a big deal. Great communication with owner. House served our family of 5 well for two nights while moving our son into the University

There were a few things that we thought you might want to know. Some of you might already know. The creamer that you have out for your guests is bad. My husband used the first morning and my dad used it and they both said their coffee tasted awful. They drink different coffee. The big lights in the master bathroom are out. Your neighbors are awfully noisy late at night.

UA grad weekend

We enjoyed our time at this property. We spent our son’s grad weekend and we were very comfortable. It is a short 20 minutes from campus. The neighbors were friendly. There were many amenities available, as well.

We enjoyed the environment which was very similar to our home. Clean, tidy and comfortable sleeping. Prepare for a short (20 to 25 mins.) ride if you are in the area for activities at the college. We would absolutely stay again.
