300 meters from the village of Telgruc (all shops) and 2. 6 km from the beach of Trez Bellec
Ground floor: large living room with kitchen, sofa, TV, Internet and separate toilet
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190, 1 bathroom with bath and toilet.
Garage and storeroom with washer and dryer, small freezer.
Garden with 2 terraces facing north and south, barbecue, garden furniture.
Miscellaneous: outdoor and indoor games, DVD player, quiet street.
Pets accepted under conditions. No smokers in the house.
Weekly rental only from 4 pm to 6 pm Saturday at 10 am
30% deposit on booking, balance upon arrival, deposit required.
Cleaning to do by yourself before departure. 50 € requested in case of non realization.

Merci à Fabienne pour avoir mis à notre disposition une maison impeccable, en propreté et en équipement. La literie est parfaite, le jardin est très plaisant et le quartier très calme et bien situé. Les gourmandises offertes pour notre arrivée témoignent de cet accueil généreux! Nous avons pu découvrir la presqu'île avec beaucoup de plaisir. Nous recommandons vivement cette location!

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Ausstattung und großem Garten. Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Tolle Gegend mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Kommen gerne wieder!
