About this property

Beautiful recent house 200m from the beach of Pentrez

Ideally located, renting a recent independent bright house (6 people) on a closed and raised ground of 800m2
The house is at the entrance to the peninsula CROZON, 200m (2 minutes walk) from the large sandy beach of PENTREZ.
the lifeguard was a 2-minute walk and offers many leisure activities (sailing, surfing, yachting ...)

The house is secluded from the main road with very little overlooked and sheltered from the wind, which will ensure you quiet and relaxing holidays.
To make your stay pleasant, the decoration on the theme of the sea has been carried out carefully.

- At the ground floor :
kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher) and equipped, living / dining room, powder room, garage with laundry (washing machine and dryer) and shower

- Upstairs :
3 bedrooms (2 beds and 2 bunk beds 1 person) and a bathroom with toilet. One room has a TV connected to a PlayStation and features a dozen typically fun children.

- Outside :
A large garden, a terrace with sunbeds and garden table.

Free internet (WIFI)

The situation of the town to the limit of Porzay, the Châteaulin basin and the Crozon peninsula makes it an ideal starting point for hikers, whether on foot or by bicycle, for diverse and interesting excursions .
Also within 50km you can enjoy the magnificent sites that offer our region (Crozon peninsula, Pointe du Raz, Bay of Souls ...). Guests can also visit the towns of character (Locronan, Quimper and Pont Croix).

Belle maison dans un bon emplacement

La maison très bien équipée est située au calme à Saint-Nic au début de la Presqu'île de Crozon. En seulement 200 m vous atteignez la plage de Pentrez. L'endroit est un point de départ idéal pour découvrir l'ouest de la Bretagne. Les destinations de nos courtes vacances d'une semaine comprenaient les régions du Cap de la Chevre, la Pointe du Raz, la Pointe de Pen Hir, la presqu'île Sainte Marguerite et les lieux à voir de Locronon et Quimper. De très belles vacances et une recommandation claire pour la maison!

Excellent sejour, a recommander

Nous étions 3 générations à partager cette maison en août. Nous l’avons trouvée bien équipée et très propre. Sa situation tout près de la magnifique plage était idéale pour les enfants, comme la douche qui s’est avérée utile quand nous rentrions après les baignades. Malgré le temps, par moments assez froid ou pluvieux, nous avons profité du charmant jardin pour déjeuner ou dîner sur l’une ou l’autre des deux terrasses. Le supermarché se trouve à 10 minutes de route et une petite épicerie plus proche dans le village à 2 minutes. Douarnenez, Morgat, Camaret et Locronan sont situés à une trentaine de minutes de route et nous avons déjeuné au restaurant Oasis qui est à recommander pour sa carte comme pour son service sympathique et situation sur la plage. Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires. En somme, cette maison est à recommander de tous les points de vue. We were 3 generations sharing this house in August. We found the house well equiped and very clean. It is very close to the magnificent Pentrez beach was ideal for the children, as was the downstairs shower which was very useful when we came back after a swim. Despite the weather, which was at times cold and rainy, we took advantage of the lovely garden to eat lunch and dinner on one of the two terraces. The supermarket is 10 minutes away by car and the nearest grocery store in the village was 2 minutes. Douarnenez, Morgat, Camaret and Locronan are within 30 minutes by car and we ate very well at the Oasis restaurant which we recommend for it’s menu, excellent service and location by the beach.

Une maison très bien équipée et très pratique dans une rue calme à deux pas de la plage.

Nous avons séjourné dans la maison de Mr et Mme Boussard du 13/06 au 24/06/2017. Elle est idéalement placée à 200m de l'immense plage de Pentrez dans une petite rue calme et agréable.Les propriétaires vous réservent un accueil chaleureux et vous confient une maison impeccable, très bien équipée et un extérieur ravissant.Vous pouvez petit déjeuner sur la terrasse Est, dîner sur la terrasse Ouest, et vous allonger sur un transat dans le charmant jardin.Point de départ idéal pour la visite de cette belle région, l'extrémité de la presqu'île du Crozon ainsi que la baie de Douarnenez sont à 30 ou 40 minutes de voiture. Un lieu de séjour idéal pour découvrir la diversité de la côte bretonne que nous conseillons sans réserve.

Hat uns sehr gut gefallen

Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung. In dieser wurde zwar das Bad ausgelassen, aber das läßt mit der großen Dusche auch keine Wünsche offen. Nicht erwähnt wurde auch die Gästetoilette im Erdgeschoß, die wir auch sehr positiv fanden. Auf dem großen, sehr schön angelegten Grundstück gibt es drei Terrassen auf drei Seiten des Hauses. Somit kann man sich immer den gerade passenden Platz zum Relaxen aussuchen. In der Garage direkt am Haus war das Auto auch gut untergebracht. Nachts kann man das Meer rauschen hören. Der feine Sandstrand ist sehr lang und breit.

Très agréable séjour

La maison est spacieuse, lumineuse et très joliment décorée. Descriptif et photos conformes à la réalité. La location est très bien équipée et idéalement située, à la fois proche de la plage et au calme. Jardin très agréable. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine. Nombreux sites à voir aux alentours.
