Cozy and cute

Fantastic property that’s so close to the beach. Host is terrific and makes sure you are well taken care of. We stayed over the Thanksgiving week and had a wonderful time. One of the best places to stay in Jax Beach!

Awesome beach house

We had a wonderful time! The beach house is roomy, comfortably furnished, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you need for your stay. It’s an easy short walk to the beach and restaurants. We definitely would love to return and enjoy the beach house again.

You were great guests. I am glad you appreciated the unique experience in an original Florida beach home. Although it is updated I have tried to keep the cottage as original as possible. There are very few of these left as developers buy them up and tear them down to build condos. You are welcome back anytime.

Awesome Beach Cottage …..

Had a wonderful time here with family! Loved the decor and furniture was very comfortable. Everything you would need is provided. Loved the screened in porch and it was a short walk to the beach access.

Great Host, Great Stay

Wonderful property. Location is steps from the beach and easy road access to many things to do and explore. Property is well maintained and has all the necessities that you didn't even think to bring. Great location, great property. Thanks are family enjoyed the trip.

Dream Cottage

This is by far our most favorite place to stay in JAX's Beach. Its charm keeps us coming back. Spend afternoons either sitting on the front porch or walk to the beach!

Beachy Cottage Stay

Cute little beach house - literally in prime location for walking the block to the beach. The home is older, but met our needs for a Spring Break vacation. Easy contactless check in and out. Beds were super comfortable. Barbara was great to work with, communicated with us when we booked and again a couple days before. Thanks for a great stay at Jax Beach!
