Laid tile throughout, eat-in spacious kitchen and all that is needed to prepare gourmet dinners. Plenty of seating in front of the fireplace, wet bar and TV. The guest room with entry to guest bathroom and spacious master bedroom with double sinks in master bathroom with tub. Located on south and west fairway with west facing mountain views.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
BBQ must be cleaned after use for the next guest.
Turn down all beds and place near washer.
Trash service is on Monday’s. Only take the carts out to be serviced if your stay extends thru Tues., so the carts can be brought back in on Mon. after their serviced. Thnx
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We are located in a private community, so there is a 10 p.m. quiet time policy. We kindly ask, if your stay is Mon. to please put out the trash carts
If ur stay is after Mon. plz take trash out Sun night n bring back in after service on Mon. This will avoid receiving a fine responsible by renter.
Noise must be kept to a respectful level. Neighborly kindness.

We felt super lucky to buy in PGA & we feel it’s one of the best property locations. Shoal Creek is the most desired street location to buy or rent. Our place is very homey with a spectacular view of the Santa Rosa Mtns. We sit right in front of hole 3. Our home is very spacious & comfortable & that’s how we want you to feel as our guests.
