This charming one bedroom apartment overlooks River Street, with views of the river. Stay in Savannah's most popular areas, River Street and Bay Street. Guests are just a short walk to every downtown attraction in this comfortable one-bedroom with sleeper sofa. Hop on a trolley tour right across the street or explore Savannah’s historic squares, museums, and attractions.

Head down to Lower Factors Walk, and locate your historic Savannah escape. Upon entering you'll be immediately greeted by hardwood floors, and exposed brick throughout the unit. The open kitchen is fully stocked, and offers all of the modern conveniences one could ask for. Ideal for entertaining your guests, a dining table is just between the living space and kitchen. The living room offers two comfortable sofas, one being a queen size sleeper ideal for children or additional guests.

Open up the patio, and enjoy the breeze off of the river. Have a morning cup of coffee or a intimate home-cooked meal for two over looking River Street. Take advantage of having this amazing amenity; Enjoy watching first Friday fireworks, overlooking the New Year's festivities, or just watching a beautiful sunset.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is located in a great location! The view of the river from the porch! A great place for coffee in the morning, or people watching during the day and night. The unit is very spacious and well equipped. The entrance is a little hard to find in the alley. The bathroom is huge...only drawback is the shower is tiny. There is plenty of room to rearrange and expand the shower, so maybe in the future it will happen. The haunted tours in the evenings has a loud noise that you will hear under the unit, but it does not run all night. Other than that, everything is great. Will rent this unit again.

Beautiful spot, watch your head

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this rental was perfect! The kitchen and living area were very clean and well-kept. There were kitchen supplies and plenty of cleaning supplies, and the space was well-decorated. Our main concern was that the ceiling of every room (even the bathroom and bedroom) had exposed sprinkler heads EVERY 8 or so feet in a grid. The ceilings were low enough for me to accidentally brush the exposed heads when I was taking my coat off, and I’m 5’6”. My poor boyfriend (over 6ft) had to duck in certain areas to avoid hitting his head on one of the many sprinklers and potentially flooding the whole rental. I wish it had been mentioned in the description, or that the owners would at least put safety cages around the sprinklers so a stray arm doesn’t cost an unwitting tenant thousands. Once we got past the crouching aspect, we loved the spot! It is right on River Street and near all of the fun restaurants and late-night bars. Our other critique is that the shower head had visible mold on the bottom half- something that could be wiped or soaked off, of course, but not something you want to think of running through your hair on vacation. Because of the MANY uncovered sprinkler heads and the moldy shower head, I would not recommend this spot to friends. However, I think it is a perfect place for very careful (or short) guests! P.S.: the pipes in the bedroom are disconnected from the ceiling, so if the sprinkler above the bed is smacked by a pillow or something that whole place is gonna be soaked!

Couple's Weekend Get A Way in Savannah

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location, Location, Location! 2nd floor with balcony overlooking Bay St and the Savanna River in the heart of the Historical District. Great restaurants, shopping, live music and people watching. The Condo is perfect for a couple's get away. Lucky Savannah was great as the management company. Their app works great for everything from access instructions, to where to go, to check out.

Absolute Bliss

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best thing I can share with you about the quality of this rental is that I am already making plans to stay here again!! The apartment is so very comfortable and well appointed that we truly enjoyed spending time there. The kitchen has nearly anything you could need in order to prepare meals; the bed very comfortable, and the soaking tub was so relaxing. But...LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! The balcony, where we sipped coffee each morning was the perfect place for watching the ships on the river as well as the folks walking along the street below. The entire historic district is easily explored on foot from here, and river boats and trolley stations are close by. We’ll be back!
