Renovated Jones Street Parlor Apt +Private Parking

Gorgeous, expansive parlor (2nd/main floor of house) apartment in a prime location on Jones Street. Newly renovated kitchen has custom granite counters, dishwasher, gas stove and refrigerator with ice maker. King bedroom. Pullout sofa in living room. Combination tub/shower in bathroom which is accessible off of the hallway. Optional $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home or you can park for free on the public street which has no meters in the 2 block radius.

What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Our system will email asking you to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO. Lovely

I would definitely look to stay here again. It is within walking distance of everything and super clean. Just be prepared for some very skinny, steep stairs at the entrance.

My husband and I chose to spend our anniversary in Savannah this year. This apartment was recommended to us by a friend who has spent multiple visits there. We couldn’t have been any happier with this choice. We loved the porch and enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood!Clary’s for breakfast down the street, Bulls Street with so many amenities within walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy!! We would stay there again without hesitation!!!

Quick Getaway

Perfect location. The personal parking spot was perfect and we used the back entrance to come and go. The AC is loud (as others listed) but did not bother us. Plenty of towels and toiletry items (always a plus!). The binder with instructions and suggestions was great! We love Jones St and had never stayed on this end…would def stay again!

Absolutely beautiful neighborhood

This location could not have been better! This is located in a safe and beautiful historic area, within walking distance of restaurants, local pubs, shopping, a grocery store, the riverfront district, and more. The rental was clean, roomy, and had everything. We were within 25 minutes of Tybee island beaches. We felt very safe walking late at night and numerous historic parks were right around the corner. We will definitely rent here again!

Perfect location. Historic & Quiet

The property is comfortable and beautiful. AND, I can't stress this enough, can only be accessed by two long steep staircases. The one in front is historic, so the treads are narrow and steep. The stairs off the alley are sturdy steel stairs. My only reason to call this out is bringing in and out of luggage. The trek up is worth it, just a bit treacherous. If you are traveling light and very spry, no worries. Would not want my mom with 2 hip replacements to try these stairs.

Great location

A great location to walk to most things around Savannah. This rental is in a very quiet area. I stayed on the second floor with a unit above me. Very noisy early in the morning from people above moving around. Housekeeping came around 6:30 am to clean upstairs, very noisy :( Front and back entrances, I paid to have the parking space in back and it was great. The living room has a sleeper sofa but is lacking shades on the windows facing the street. Overall the unit was comfortable and had alot of space to spread out.

Great central location. We walked everywhere. It was about a 20 min walk to the river. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The middle unit needs a privacy shade on window beside front porch and better reading lamps in living room. Would stay here again

Super comfortable place to stay for 6 nights. Great kitchen, bedroom, laundry, and big dining and living rooms. We stayed here while getting our daughter settled at SCAD for her freshman year. Great location-quaint, quiet, and walkable. Also, parking! I’ll definitely stay here again when we come to visit our college kid!
