Renovated Jones Street Parlor Apt +Private Parking

Gorgeous, expansive parlor (2nd/main floor of house) apartment in a prime location on Jones Street. Newly renovated kitchen has custom granite counters, dishwasher, gas stove and refrigerator with ice maker. King bedroom. Pullout sofa in living room. Combination tub/shower in bathroom which is accessible off of the hallway. Optional $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home or you can park for free on the public street which has no meters in the 2 block radius.

What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Our system will email asking you to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO. A perfect spot to end our week long road trip! Great space, immaculate, excellent communication by Mary, detailed instructions for arrival, private parking spot on property. We walked everywhere! Convenient location for exploring historic downtown. There's a great little breakfast spot (Clary's Cafe) a block away for good old fashioned breakfast. A fantastic experience!

My husband and I loved our stay here. Perfect location on a street that was voted most beautiful street in Savannah and it’s obvious why. We loved being able to walk everywhere and it’s such a safe & friendly area! It was a nice perk having a free parking spot to use. We ate our breakfast on the front patio each morning and just loved the view.

Great location! This was our second time staying here. Quiet…with the exception of the people above us…but not too bad. Property is very clean and well stocked for whatever you may need.
