High Pointe Beach Resort offers a gated community that is the perfect Gulf Front Area. Located between Rosemary Beach, (known for its Wedding Destination, Fine Dining, Shopping, Outdoor cafes, and wine bars), and Alys Beach, (one of the newest and most attractive beach communities on 30A), you are within steps of everything you could ever want.

High Pointe offers a 6,500 sq. ft. Tropical Lagoon Pool with waterfall, hot tub, kiddie pool, 4 pickleball courts, 1 tennis court, playground,shuffleboard, and several BBQ areas. Crabby Steve's, a bar/restaurant that overlooks the Gulf is the only outside Tiki Bar/Restaurant in this area where you can sit and enjoy a burger and a beer while watching the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. Local Fish and Seafood brought in daily to this hidden Gem!

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is in the East Building, directly located on the Gulf, on the third floor which offers an amazing, unobstructed view of the Gulf and Beach.

Another Huge advantage to staying at High Pointe is the private beach owned by High Pointe. Access is limited to owners/visitors at High Pointe which lessens the crowds during the summer peak season.

The Master Bedroom, offer a king size bed and private Master Bathroom. The Master Bedroom is on the Gulf and and has direct access to the outside deck and phenomenal Gulf views right from your bed. The Guest bedroom is large and has two Queen Beds and a TV. This unit will comfortably sleep 6. This unit also includes a beach setup (March - October - includes 2 chairs and an umbrella) and 2 bikes.

There are several health clubs and spas within walking distance for those who want to keep their body and mind in great shape. The nineteen mile bike/walking path just outside the gate offers those who are into exercising a great place to enjoy the outdoor activities. For the Golfer, there are many courses with a very short drive. Some of the best in the South.

If you are looking for activities for the Children, Panama City Beach is less than a ten minute drive to the East, and Destin is within thirty minutes to the West. Between High Pointe and Destin are many small villages/communities such as Watercolor, Seaside, Watersound, Grayton Beach, and many more. All offer unique dining, shopping, and weekly events that will please everyone. And all within a few minute drive.

If you are looking for the ultimate family vacation spot, look no further. This area is perfect for everyone's needs.

Ocean side stay right on the beach

My family and I had a great spring break vacation at this place. The balcony view is spectacular of the ocean, all while maintaining great privacy from up above. Location is very accommodating to walking and biking around and touring the local restaurants and shops.

Pros:Great location, beautiful views, new furniture, security guard lady wasn’t working this week thank goodness because she normally ruins the week for families, nice balcony, owner was nice and responsive once we were onsite, quiet area Cons: couldn’t use bikes when we needed them because wrong code was given, 2 broken coffee makers (owner brought a replacement on 2nd day), disposal didn’t work, Unit might have a mold problem because we all had allergy problems during the stay, some areas of the unit need to be repainted and rugs needs to be replaced, owner could be more responsive prior to arrival date with questions and property information/suggestions about renting additional chairs in advanceOverall we had a nice stay

Perfect place for a beach vacay

This place is everything advertised and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The beach is steps away, the unit is oceanfront and you can hear the waves while enjoying a beverage out on the balcony. The beds are very comfortable, as is the living room furniture. Great restaurants and shops are just across and down the street. I like that the beach chairs and umbrellas were set up for us every day during our visit. Our host, Jason, took excellent care of us the entire time. We will most definitely be returning here again!! Highly recommend!!!

Great place on 30A!!!

We had a wonderful experience at this condo! It was just as advertised!! Jason was wonderful to work with and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants. The view is unbelievable from the condo! We were within walking distance to the shops at Alys Beach, Rosemary and Seacrest. We took the available bikes to Seaside one day. I wish it would let me give more stars than 5....we are already planning our next stay!!

Perfect !

This property has been recently updated and looks, smells , and feels so cozy and relaxing. We have stayed in many of the condos at Highpointe over the last 20 years and this was one of my favorite. The high top table on the balcony makes for a perfect sunset view. Jason, the landlord was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The Highpointe Resort has had lots of updates to the grounds which were much needed. we will be back again !

Great condo!

The condo was great and just as described. The location is awesome, we were able to walk mostly everywhere. Loved having the beach chair setup as well as the bikes. Checkin was super easy and Jason responded quickly when we had questions. The condo could use a good deep cleaning though, which is why I only gave 4 stars, instead of 5. The baseboards, walls and doors really need a scrub down. There was also leftover trash in the trash can (underneath the trash bag) and it looked like it had been there awhile. Also, the washer was difficult to use and I had to keep pressing start to get the water to cycle through. It didn’t ruin our trip and I would book here again.

Great Getaway in the Gulf!

Jason’s place is perfect for a getaway to the gulf, and he is a fantastic host. The place was clean, the view is wonderful, the location is perfect and Jason is super available and cares about you having a great stay. We had one issue, and that was the refrigerator was not working which can definitely be a problem. We contacted Jason, and he immediately appeared and tried to fix it, called repair people, etc., He brought over his own cooler for us to use, and got the freezer working. In the morning, he went out to get us a dorm refrigerator to use as repair people would not be able to come before the end of our stay. It began to work on its own on day 2. I write this not to complain about the refrigerator, but to point out what a great host Jason is. He also offered a fair refund to compensate us for the inconvenience without being asked. This was not his fault at all, and he was eager to make it right for us. We go to Rosemary a lot, and I can say we will definitely go back to this unit!

Amazing view with beach convenience!

Highly recommend this property in High Pointe! The owners have updated it with cozy living spaces and comfortable beds. The walk to the beach was easy and we loved having 2 chairs already there! Our host Jason was very responsive and easy to work with. We hope to be back!

Staying beachfront on 30A is a must! ! This High Pointe condo has beautiful views up and down the beach from Rosemary to Alys and beyond. We watched both the Rosemary and Alys Beach fireworks from out balcony. Jason the owner was terrific and responded quickly to all communication. It's great to have your chairs /umbrella set up everyday on the beach. The 2 bikes were also a bonus. Easy access to restaurants and shopping.

A great two bedroom two bath ocean front condo !

High Point is a very nice complex. Super convenient location, Well maintained, huge, pretty, pool. East and West buildings are ocean front. Great beach/ocean views from these rooms. Crabby Steve’s restaurant a big bonus, so convenient and good sandwiches and drinks. Unit 32E very nicely appointed, and view is awesome. No hesitation in highly recommending this unit. This was my third time staying at High Point, always on the third floor of either the East or West building. Can’t wait for trip number 4. And we had perfect weather and the prettiest gulf all week ! A great trip !!

Fantastic Stay

A great condo is a fabulous location. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The property is perfectly located on 30A and while it's as close as you want to be to shops, restaurants, etc., it's a gated property with great security and you feel like you are tucked away from it all. The beach could not have been better.
