You'll enjoy direct access to pristine beaches, Lagoon-style pool/hot tub, famous dining restaurant (Crabby Steve’s), tennis/pickleball court, children’s playground, and boutique shopping across the street/7 mins walks. All in a quaint, family friendly environment.
This unit comes with 1 beach umbrella/2 beach chairs/2 bikes from March to October as a treat from the owner.

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please place all used towels in the bath tubs, clean out the entire refrigerator, run the dish washer and take the trash out.

Avoid sitting on the furniture with wet swimsuits/sun-tan lotion and placing wet towels on the furniture.

Help minimize sand inside the condo.

Oh my this place was amazing! The location is spot on very close to beautiful Rosemary shops and restaurants. The view from the condo is absolutely stunning with the ability to see the sunsets. The condo was very quiet and comfortable. Chris the host was so easy to communicate with. He helped make the stay great responding to my questions quickly.
