***Less than 5 minute drive to Angles Spring Training, Tempe Diablo Stadium, 15 minutes to the Cubs or Giants***This amazing "Modern Farmhouse" was originally built in the 1930's and has been completely renovated. This beautiful property sits on 2.68 acres and offers both indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces. The property is 15 minutes from the airport and downtown Phoenix. Only a 15 minute drive to the heart of Scottsdale and 25 minutes to The Arizona Cardinals Stadium. Golf lovers will enjoy views of the 17th hole on the Legacy Golf Course from the back patio and can take a quick 4 minutes drive to the Raven Golf Course. Hikers will enjoy South Mountains trails that are located just minutes away.

The home has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 10. There is a wood burning fireplace, 2 stackable washer and dryer units in the laundry room, a walk-in pantry, walk in master closet, a great room and front sitting room. The 9' dining table seats 10 and is located off the large open kitchen with a 10' island that accommodates 4 comfortably. With a large, inviting living room with a view of South Mountain, you can lay on the sizable couch to relax and enjoy!

The home also offers a 1,300 sq ft ramada for outdoor entertaining equipped with (2) T.V.'s, surround sound, exterior heaters, outdoor kitchen with gas grill, gas fireplace, and a large gas heated pool.

ANY GATHERING OF MORE THAN (10) PEOPLE IS AN EVENT AND WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY ($1,000 per person for VIOLATORS)

Gorgeous property and well cared for. Like having your own private estate close to everything. The host is on top of every need. This was my third week-long stay and it just gets better. Looking forward to going back again. Just love staying at the ranch.

Best Family Vacation

We went for my son’s wedding. We had three families with young children and it was the best! Home was stocked. There’s a pool a large grass area as well as outdoor seating. Too many things to talk about. Book it!

Beautiful estate

This property and home are absolutely immaculate. It was perfect for our wedding weekend, only regret is we didn’t have more time to relax by the beautiful pool area. Dana was a great host.

Amazing Ranch

Wow...this place was so amazing and well designed we didn’t want to leave. Huge private get away property, ultra classy decor & flavor. To top it off there’s this beautiful pool house with everything you need to enjoy a day by the pool! Oh yeah....did I mention the golf course next door. My family was very impressed, and the property is definitely worth the booking!

Top VRBO I Have Ever Seen

We stay at a lot of higher end properties all over the world. The pictures don't do this property justice. The grounds are amazing, close to golf, and outdoor area is unmatched. I think we spent about 10 minutes in the house over 4 days.

Best in Phoenix

This was our second stay here and it is the first place I try to book when in town. My favorite. Six of my friends came along both times and agree it’s the best.Gorgeous grounds and beautifully styled ranch house with everything you need. Phenomenal pool with tv and kitchen. And best thing about it may be the owner Dana. Couldn’t have made the stay any better.I have no hesitation recommending this home to anyone. It’s your private sanctuary convenient to all.I’ll definitely be back soon.

Amazing

From start to finish this was one of the best rental experiences we have had. No details were missed in this one of a kind home. The outdoor entertainment area was definitely our favorite part of our stay. The communication with the owner was also very easy. Simply incredible

Look no further than this place if you’re looking for a great place to stay or have a small event. The touches that Dana and Miguel put into the property and our stay we’re unsurpassed by any other experience I’ve had. They were always quick to respond and extremely helpful. Amazing Place!!

Our family of 9 adults stayed at The Legacy Ranch in early May. It starts with great communication from Dana regarding any questions you may have. It is a private place that is beautiful both inside and out, with impeccable cleanliness. The house was fantastic and fit all of our needs. Also, the outside Ramada with the pool was like having our very own resort. I would highly recommend The Legacy Ranch. It was outstanding!!

Simply Perfect!

We have absolutely LOVED, LOVED Legacy Ranch!! Dana & her husband have thought of everything! All the way down to the little things like the fresh flowers when we checked in! You don’t get that at the Ritz Carlton! This place really does have it all. First class, spotless clean, perfect layout, they really nailed it!

A Gem

This property is a real gem nestled between a golf course and a farm. The interior and exterior of the house are clearly the done with a keen eye for detail and is immaculately designed and kept. The pool area in particular is amazing, perfectly maintained and always with enough sun and shade to lounge in, and big enough to do laps for those so inclined. Communication with our host was always prompt and helpful. This might be one of the best homes we’ve stayed in over the past 10 years.

Amazing House and Great elEvent Venue

One of the few houses of its size and style in greater Phoenix area that allow events and it was fantastic! The pictures don’t do it justice. Our gymnastics team in town from Chicago hosted our coaches overnight in the house and then one of the days we had a pool party for the gymnasts and families who traveled for the meet. The yard is huge, the outdoor kitchen had everything we needed and more especially the outdoor bathroom was great so no one walked inside wet. The app for gate was a little confusing at first but worked out fine.

DO IT!

One of those perfect trips. Flawless. If you think it is something you might like I would tell you don't hesitate. Just do it. The ranch house itself is modern and full of easy tech, but perfectly fitting with the 100 year old theme. Beautiful. Front room warm and large enough for groups to hang out. The landscaping is mind blowing. Pool and surrounds are stunning. And the Hosts are so good I would seriously stay anywhere that had their name on it. The place is really that cool. I'm going back. Thats my honest review.

The Perfect Friends Getaway Spot!

This property is amazing!!! We had 10 of us that wanted a getaway from the Minnesota cold and couldn’t have picked a better place! We loved everything about the place, but the pool area and outdoor Ramada was so awesome that we ended up spending almost all of our time out there! We definitely plan to be back!

FABULOUS PROPERTY!!

I cannot say enough good things about Legacy Ranch! If I could give it 10 stars, I would! We have traveled quite a bit, and this is the nicest property we have found on VRBO thus far. The interior of the house is beautifully arranged/designed, fresh flowers on arrival, just lovely. That being said, we actually spent very little time indoors, other than to sleep in the very comfortable bedrooms. The outdoor living space is what makes this property superior! The pool is absolutely fabulous, and the outdoor kitchen/dining area, complete with TV and sound system, meant that we could live outdoors all day and evening long! The property is adjacent to a farm, and you can watch 2 beautiful horses grazing from the porch. Dana and Miguel were great, friendly and accessible. We did have one small difficulty with the house, which was addressed and rectified quickly. They seem like very nice people. I was there with my extended family (8 people), and everyone declared this our ‘best family vacation ever’, despite last minute cancelling of Caribbean plans due to COVID travel concerns. We are definitely thinking about returning to Legacy Ranch at some point. If you are looking at this property BOOK IT NOW! You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful beautiful property!

We booked this location for a surprise 60th bday get together for family it was absolutely amazing, my Wife and I I’ve already decided we would love to stay there again anytime we’re in Arizona. It was beautiful to sit outside under the covered Ramada during the thunderstorms and rain and be able to dip in the pool as it got hot.

YOU SHOULD BOOK THIS HOUSE IF YOU CAN

Without a doubt this is the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. Every single thing is exactly as advertised if not better. The owners take pride in their amazing property and it’s evident in both large and small details. We had 6 of us for a week - it was the best time. From the incredible pool and outdoor entertainment system to beautiful lounge furniture, outdoor shower and top notch grilling area, it has everything you would want in a five star luxury property. The grounds are stunning, the softest greenest grass you could walk across in bare feet. We played cornhole and frisbee and just had the best time outside. They obviously sprayed for bugs because not one of us had a bite! The cozy beds have great high end sheets and bedding, bathrooms had high end towels and beautiful soaps, body wash and shampoos in all showers. There’s even a soaking tub in a guest bathroom. The kitchen was perfect. Three ovens, tons of equipment and spotless. AC system works perfectly. Dana even had fresh flowers in several places waiting for us on arrival. The mobile app made access and even operating the sound system a breeze. Seriously, if the space is available just book this house. It does not disappoint and it’s worth every penny!
