Colin was a great host and very accommodating. The condo is easy to get to and very well supplied. The couch was not very comfortable so we watched TV in bed at night. Appreciated the Huntington pass and we used the pool once. Beach at Pawleys is the best and we had great weather! Golf was great too at True Blue and nearby Heritage.

Great stay!

The location was very convenient and close to several restaurants and shopping. The property and surrounding area was very clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable, and the owners were very friendly and quick to respond. We would stay again!

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at this condo for three nights. We were very comfortable and the location was perfect. We would not hesitate to rebook in the future. Everything went smoothly. Heads up, don’t swim in the small lake in the back. I saw a small alligator swimming around.

Golf and beach trip

The location was perfect for our son who golfed two days at the beautiful courses behind the condo! The proximity to the beach was less than 15 mins with a scenic ride across the causeway for the rest of us. The condo was very clean and checked all of our boxes of a home away from home! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Pawley’s Island. Thank you to Colin for making the trip so enjoyable!

Excellent views

Excellent view of Hole 4 on True Blue which is a par 5 with a lake wrapping around the hole. The unit was comfortable and quiet. It was enjoayble to sit on the porch in the evenings, watching the players and enjoying the sunset.

Everything was clean and as stated, perfect location on True Blue (if they trimmed a tree you would have and epic view of the hole its on), and very close to everything. Super easy process!

Lovely view! We had everything we needed!

My husband and I stayed in Colin's comfortable condo for 8 weeks and were very satisfied! We cooked most of our meals in the well equipped kitchen and found the beds to be extremely comfortable. The showers were great and the A/C kept us cool on hot days/nights. We also enjoyed the peaceful privacy of this particular condo. The pool was just a few steps away and was always well maintained. The wonderful host, Colin answered any questions we had very quickly. I would definitely recommend this condo!

True Blue stay

Nicely situated on pond overlooking True Blue golf course. Attractive landscaping all around. Cooking equipment could use some updating, but otherwise condo is adequately furnished and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are also very nice. For golfers, location is great; for beach lovers, location is a challenge, since you have to cross highway to get to Pawley's Island beaches and beach parking is limited. Restaurants in the area are plentiful and very good. We enjoyed our stay.

July 4th in Pawley’s Island

Overall very nice! Lovely view of pond at True Blue off back balcony. Condo nicely appointed with everything necessary for pleasant stay. Information book helpful if you’re not familiar with the area. Quick walk to the pool. Convenient to everything. Front door lock takes a special touch but once we figured it out, all good. Owners very responsive & helpful.

Nice place overlooking True Blue. Good timely info provided to access townhome! Beds were perfect! Stayed cool inside even though outside was nearly 100 degrees! Two things to consider about staying here, 1 - no shades or blinds on the sliding glass door! Afternoon sunshine was awful and glaring! 2 - the sliding door would not lock! A shower curtain rod was provide to “lock” the sliding door!! If you are okay with these two things it was a great place to stay!! Owner was contacted about both issues, he stated it’s clear on the pictures no curtains or blinds were there and you really didn’t need to worry if the door doesn’t lock True Blue was a very safe place!! Kitchen was well stocked and K-cup coffee pot provided!

Pawley's Island Total Relaxation!

Our host Colin is amazing! His beautiful 2-bed, 2-bath condo is clean, updated, beautiful, quiet and relaxing! Incredibly close to the beautiful Pawley's Island beaches. Lovely condo in Pawleys Island

We leased the condo for 15 days while visiting family. We had 2 granddaughters stay one night with us. The condo was well equipped. We were in a middle unit but there was no one above us or below us. It was very quiet. We enjoyed watching the golfers each day.

Why they chose this property

We live in Charlotte, but love the beach and weekend getaways. Pawleys Island has the great food and fun of Charleston, without the expense, and the golf of Myrtle Beach, without the crowds. We hope you'll enjoy our get away as much as we do. There are few things as calming as having your morning coffee on the back porch watching early morning golfers tackle the pond as they approach the 4th green.

What makes this property unique

This property enables owners and renters access to the pool, hot tub, and tennis courts, yet it is not a hotel and certainly doesn't cost as much as a resort. Being located on the first floor means you don't have to lug your golf clubs upstairs and the outside closet is available for convenient storage. We LOVE to cook so the kitchen is actually stocked -- not just for vacationing, so if you want to make an actual meal, go for it!
