Quaint, Cozy, Spacious, Airy ...one of Gruene's favorites.

Spacious guest room with king size bed; and sitting area; includes full private bath with shower. It is attached to the main residence but has a separate private entrance, NO ACCESS to the main house) w/ and does have separate parking.
There is a mini kitchenette area that includes a mini refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee machine. ( Coffee pods are included).
The Barn Room is only a mile away from activities in Gruene, including live music, dancing; shopping and numerous restaurants with great menus. 10 Minutes to Tanger Outlet Mall; 5 minutes to downtown New Braunfels; 40 minutes to Austin and 30 minutes to San Antonio Riverwalk.

This was a perfect place for my husband and I to stay. Bigger than a hotel room and so much cozier with a home feel to it. Bed was very comfortable and the place was very clean and tidy. Close to everything we wanted to do. Host was so nice. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at this property. The room was very clean and wonderfully decorated. It was well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. The host was proactive in her contacts and very attentive. We had a great stay and will do it again next year. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect location close to Gruene Hall. Great hiking and nature trails nearby. Comfortable bed. We never did get the WiFi to work but not a problem as we were there to be outdoors. The only complaint was the shower- the water never got very hot and was no water pressure. Otherwise very pleasant and enjoyable.

As you probably know, based on my reviews, I work very to maintain a 5 star rating. You reached out to me regarding the problem you had unable to connect to WiFI connection and we were able to walk you through with no problem, NEVER mentioning any issue with dirty sheets. Had you said anything, I would have replaced them immediately, and refunded you a night’s fee. Sorry it didn’t work out that way.

This place was exactly as described. We had rented a car and found this place very accessible to all we wanted to do. It was a welcoming, comfortable and cool. After a hot day of sightseeing it was nice to come back to our room. Not only is the room lovely, but the surrounding area is also very beautiful. We loved seeing all the deer wandering around.

A Great Place

This was our first experience with booking thru VRBO - we had a lovely time, the owner could not have been nicer and everything was great. We will book again when we are in the area.
