My family was visiting Berlin to attend the wedding of a dear friend. and we had a wonderful stay in Michele's apartment in Moabit. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and the location was perfect for getting around the city easily. The street was quiet and within walking distance to a few grocery stores. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We would absolutely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this unit. The host was friendly and responsive in a quick manner. The unit was exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Buses were close enough to walk to easily.

We had a comfortable stay with our family. Our host was friendly and responsive to our requests. He very quickly provided us with a new cot when he found out the available cot was broken. The location was nearby to buses which connected to the underground.

Great flat in Berlin

Had everything we needed, close to Berlin's excellent public transport for exploring the city, history and culture. It's very convenient for local supermarkets within 10 minute walk (whole walls of bread and breakfast bakery choices). Very convenient for local restaurants too, picked up keys at the pizza restaurant on the corner and had a great meal there first night. Loved the Delphin fish restaurant too: don't just rely on the menu, check what's on the counter and the staff are very helpful.

Ruhige Lage, etwas außerhalb der Mitte

Berlin ist einfach immer wieder eine tolle Stadt! Die Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Lage etwas außerhalb, fußläufig sind Bus und U-Bahn gut zu erreichen.

Heel prettig

Heel schoon, comfortabele bedden, super vriendelijke host. Klein minpuntje was dat er 2 keer ‘s ochtends geen warm water was maar de host gaat dat voor de volgende gast verhelpen. Rustige buurt, kwartiertje lopen naar cafeetjes

Wohlfühlen von Anfang bis Ende

Wir waren bis 6 Personen in der Wohnung und sie war für uns nahezu perfekt. Die drei großen Schlafzimmer und die vollausgestattete Küche (inkl. SpüMa) haben es uns an nichts mangeln lassen. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Bus am Bahnhof und hat in der Wohnung trotzdem einen Rückzug von Berlins Trubel. Schon vor der Anreise aber wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt dank einer super netten Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Bei uns kam es zu einigen Änderungen insb. zur Anreise, was für ihn kein Problem darstellte, im Gegenteil, für alles wurden super Lösungen gefunden. Mit der Anreise haben wir nicht nur unsere fertig gerichteten Betten vorgefunden sondern auch nochmals eine nette Mail bekommen falls wir Fragen hätten. Dank der Tips hatten wir auch direkt ein nettes Lokal für die Stärkung nach der langen Anreise zur Hand. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Tage in Moabit

Die Wohnung liegt extremst verkehrsgünstig - in gut 45 Minuten zu Fuß bis nach Wedding zum Mauerpark. S-Bahn und Bus sind aber um die Ecke. Die Wohnung an sich ist gut aufgeteilt ehemaliges ehemaliges Ladenlokal alles ganz toll die Nachbarschaft sehr nett sehr entspannt. In dieser Ferienwohnung kann man echt gut Urlaub in Berlin machen.

Schöne Wohnung

Schöne Ferienwohnung .Groß und geräumig. Waren wegen einer Hochzeit in Berlin. Daher ideal ausgestattet mit 2 Bädern. Die Wohnung war ordentlich und hatte alles was man braucht für einen Kurzurlaub. Nur die Parksituation sollte besser beschrieben werden. Würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.

Erg geschikt voor drie (evt. vier) personen die allen een eigen slaapruimte wensen.

Ruime slaapgelegenheid; het extra van twee badruimtes/toiletten maakt de woning extra comfortabel. Het appartement is schoon en netjes. De keuken bevat alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben. Prima als uitvalsbasis om Berlijn te leren kennen.

Une semaine à la découverte de Berlin !

Appartement très fonctionnel qui permet d'être à 2 couples sans se gêner. Quartier très calme. L idéal c'est de se déplacer à vélo mais le métro n'est pas bien loin non plus. Nous avons apprécié de rentrer dans un appartement très confortable après des journées bien remplies. Bonne adresse !

Great apartment

We stated for a week in mid December. Great communication from when we booked through travel rule changes and leading up to our stay as well as checking we were settled in OK Loafs of space and really warm.We had a toddler with us and she loved the place too. Really easy access from the U9 line just a short walk away and it was around half an hour walk to the brandenburg gate and the zoo for us too if you enjoy walking. There are a number of supermarkets nearby as well with plenty of choice

Altbau in gut erreichbarer Lage

Wir haben als Familie mit unseren fast erwachsenen Kindern in dieser Altbauwohnung gewohnt. Durch die vielen Schlafmöglichkeiten war es möglich, dass unsere Kinder (Mädchen und Junge) jeweils ihr eigenes Schlafzimmer hatten und die Konfliktgefahr zwischen den Teenagern/ jungen Erwachsenen dadurch abgemildert wurde. Der Vermieter war per Whats app auch gut erreichbar und meldete sich zeitnah zurück.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen. 1 Schlafraum ist allerdings zur Straße raus und somit etwas lauter.

schöner Aufenthalt in Berlin

schöne Wohnung mit Geschmack eingerichtet - allerdings etwas Zeit ins Land gegangen seit den Fotos im Inserat. Leider keine Parkmöglichkeit ohne Gebühr in der Umgebung.
