This spacious and lovingly furnished holiday apartment in Berlin offers not only plenty of space across 160 square metres, but above all flexibility—perfect for families, friends, groups, and every visitor to Berlin!
As soon as you walk in, you’ll feel it: everything has been thought of here. Right behind the entryway is the large, fully equipped kitchen—the heart of the apartment. It offers plenty of space for cooking, gathering, and enjoying meals. Whether it’s an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, deep fryer, toaster, or kettle—you’ll find everything you need for a relaxed self-catering stay. There’s also a coffee maker, plus a Tassimo for a quick cappuccino whenever you want one, several refrigerators, and a freezer. Modern dishes, all the cooking utensils you need, a high chair, a dishwasher, and even a washing machine ensure you’ll feel right at home.

The apartment is cleverly divided into a front and a back area.

In the front part of the apartment, you’ll find a single room, a twin room, and a cosy double room. This area is complemented by a functional shower room with two shower stalls and a separate toilet—perfect when several people want to get going at the same time. In the hallway, you can hang your coat and comfortably take off your shoes on the shoe bench.

This area also features the large kitchen-dining room.

The rear section features a small living room—ideal for relaxing or playing—as well as two additional twin bedrooms. This area also has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet. Two spacious closets and an additional bench provide extra storage space and comfort.

Of course, we provide bed linens and towels. For our younger guests, a cot (please request in advance) and a high chair are available. An ironing board, iron, and cleaning supplies are also provided.

Quiet Location with Good Transport Links

The apartment is located in a quiet area. Therefore, we ask that you observe the legal quiet hours starting at 10 p.m. When the weather is nice, you’re welcome to sit outside in front of the house and wind down the evening.

Getting around is easy: a bus stop is only about a 1-minute walk away, and the nearest tram stop is about 10–13 minutes away. You can reach Alexanderplatz in about 40 minutes by public transport—ideal for exploring Berlin and then retreating to your quiet temporary home.

You can conveniently park your car right in front of the house—private parking spaces are available.
