This Boat House is five minutes from Highway 103 and eight minutes from Mahone Bay which is great for shopping and enjoying delicious seafood. It's also less then 10 mins to world famous Oak Island. This 130 year old Boat House used to be the local Blacksmith Shop and has been recently updated and comes completely refurnished

Enjoy amazing Sunrises and Sunsets with a 180 degree view on either of your two amazing decks. Watch marine life passing by while you enjoy your morning coffee. Spend afternoons watching the boats go by, Kayaking and Paddle Boarding around the bay and fishing right from the dock. Four Kayaks, life jackets (many sizes) , water shoes, two floaties and two SUP's included with your stay. Swim right from the float dock or take the newly added stairs down to the water. Great Fishing for Mackerel and Squid. Very relaxing and quiet location.

This Boat House has 2 large bedrooms the Main Bedroom has a new queen size bed and the Second Bedroom has two single beds which is perfect for two couples or a family of four. It also has a dishwasher and washer and dryer to help maximize your stay. The main deck is very spacious with a fire table and is a great area for relaxing, having a BBQ or enjoying a feed of lobsters with family and friends.

The Boat House comes equipped with a Heat Pump, Water Cooler, Dishwasher, Full Size Washer and Dryer and all Household Amenities. It also has Dedicated High Speed Fibre Internet, Local Cable Channels, HBO, CBC GEM, Disney +, AMC, Britbox, Acorn, Discovery + and Amazon Movies and Music.

Come enjoy the beautiful East Coast of Canada in a place like no other. Relax and enjoy the seaside villages of Indian Point and Mahone Bay. A quick eight minute beautiful drive along the ocean and you arrive in the town of Mahone Bay which will fulfill all your shopping needs. Grab an amazing coffee and pastry at The Barn Social House. Have lunch or dinner at some of the local restaurants like Betty's Wood Fired Pizza, Oh My Cod, Mateus Bistro and Rebecca's Restaurant just to name a few. The Lunenburg Farmers Market is open year round and is open every Thursday from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm.
