Relax and recharge at Ozark Mountain Lakehouse, a 3,900-sq-ft lakefront retreat on Lake Avalon in Bella Vista. Enjoy peaceful water views, two spacious decks, and a private dock for fishing, kayaking, and swimming. Step onto the nearby Little Sugar Trail for world-class mountain biking and hiking, and watch for the new OZ Bike Lift Park opening soon. With multiple living areas, fireplaces, and full access to Bella Vista’s golf, pools, and recreation, this is your perfect Ozark getaway.

The main level features a cozy living room with fireplace, full kitchen, dining for six, and two bedrooms, each with a private bath. Step onto the upper deck for dining or morning coffee overlooking the lake.

The lower level includes a second living room with fireplace, two bedrooms connected by a shared entryway, a full bath, and an additional queen bed in a common area. Entertainment options abound with ping-pong, Xbox, and three TVs offering cable, Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+.

Out back, take the long, steep wooden steps down to your private dock for fishing, kayaking, or swimming—kayaks and gear are provided. Guests can also enjoy the Beach at Lake Avalon just minutes away, plus access to six golf courses, fitness and tennis centers, pools, and excellent dining throughout Bella Vista.

Adventure is right outside your door with the Little Sugar Trail system, offering 50+ miles of premier mountain-bike and hiking trails. Wonderful Avalon Lakehouse

My family had 4 wonderful days at this lakehouse hanging out on the dock, kayaking and floating in the lake. Also family activities and dinners in the spacious living areas. Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation or weekend.

Plenty of space to spread out. Host was responsive and helpful leading up. Lots of stairs down to be lake, but great space to hang out and relax making the trip down well worth it.

Wonderful property located on scenic lake. Extremely accommodating for the 3 couples. Close to most attractions in the NWA area and yet remote enough to enjoy all the Ozark have to offer - hiking, biking, etc. Great communication from the owner. Highly recommended.

Plenty of space

There was plenty of space for the 4 kids and 6 adults on our trip. The dock had a large number of steep stairs to get to the water but once down there the swimming was great off the dock and the kayaks were fun! We had a great time playing ping pong and hanging out on the screened in balcony. Overall it was a perfect place for our family trip.

Perfect base for nature in proximity to amenities!

We enjoyed our stay so much. In fact, we tried to extend but unfortunately the property was already booked. The property manager did all in her power to ensure we had a good stay. Even provided us with foldable chairs for a concert we decided to go to in nearby Bentonville. The walk down to the lake is steep, but for our group it was no issue. The lake is small/medium in size but close to other larger lakes. So we swam and did paddelboarding and kayaking there and then rented a boat for a day on Beaver Lake. Lots of amenities as part of the HOA, including awesome tennis facility, yoga on the beach, and a ton more. It is a quiet laid back community. Great for relaxing but plenty to offer within 15 minutes driving.
