In addition to the 4 bedrooms that include 2 queen beds, one king and one twin trundle and bunk beds, the upstairs living room has a single pull out bed in the ottoman which can be moved to the screened in porch on a nice night. The downstairs living room has a futon that lays back to accommodate 1 adult or 2 children, I have provide an extra mattress topper in the closet to make that more comfortable. In the downstairs kitchen, 3 waffle irons and electric skillet are available for a breakfast gathering . Kids can watch a movie in the trundle room while adults enjoy an outdoor fire and stargazing. A pack and play and a baby feeding seat is available. NOTE: The driveway is fairly steep but easy to get used to. In order to have a short walk to the lake you have to have a steeper driveway to negotiate. There are 2 parking spaces along the road for those less adventurous.
