Charming beach house and wonderful, helpful host

Lovely, private 3 story house in a friendly neighborhood of small streets and winding alleys. First floor has a large, pleasant outdoor patio with a table, chairs, hammock and multiple fragrant jasmine trees, adorable geckos, outdoor shower, and outdoor washing machine. Indoors, first floor has a well equipped kitchen with cooking essentials, indoor dining area, comfy couch, large TV, and AC (when it broke during our stay, Alex had it replaced THE SAME DAY.) Second floor has a full bathroom (with tub, shower, toilet and bidet), 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and 1 tiny bedroom with 1 twin bed. There is a small alcove under the stairs large enough for a crib and this area is protected with a baby gate. Third floor has the third bedroom: very nice spacious bedroom with a double bed, full en suite bath and private balcony large enough for a twin bed if someone wants to sleep under the stars. All 3 bedrooms have nice views and AC. Playground, beach, cafe, supermarket and an all-purpose dollar store (selling swimsuits, hats, sunscreen etc.) are all minutes away. We stayed for 2 weeks in July and the beach was usually very calm... safe enough for toddlers. Free parking along the street. This home would be *perfect* for a couple with 1 to 3 small kids. Thank you, Alex! We hope to come back.

Nice spanish holiday.

The host met us at 5 a.m. The villa is close to the airport (maybe 30 minutes by taxi and costs approximately 50 euros). The house is quite big and has everything you need. The host was so kind that he brought a lot of beach stuff for us and the children. The beach is only 2 min from the villa. There is a big supermarket in a 7-minute walk from the villa. There is always fresh fish and seafood at low prices. We rented a car and went to Ronda, Cordoba, Marbella, Gibraltar etc. All of it is a 1-2 hour drive and worth doing. Everything was provided by Alex: washing powder, dish washer tablets, coffee capsules, shampoo, soap etc. It was our first time staying in a villa, as I always stayed in hotels as didn't want to cook much for the family, but here we enjoyed that cooking as in Spain it's easy to do and very tasty. Also, I have to mention that there are a lot of fresh and tasty fruits. Not many restaurants close to the villa but it's quiet at night. and I have read that somebody wrote that the owner of the property have entered the house when they were out, so I have to say that he never did it for the 2 weeks we stayed there! We liked Andalusia much and I believe we will come back again. Thank you, Alex, for hosting us. We will come back one day again!) Definitely recommend the villa.

besonderes Haus

die Übergabe der Schlüssel hat hervorragend geklappt, der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat umgehend auf Mails reagiert. Das Haus liegt, durch eine Strasse und eine Treppe, direkt am Meer. Der Strand ist nicht so schön und nicht für Kinder geeignet, da er steil abfällt. Das Haus hat 2 Etagen mit Terrasse auf jeder Etage, je einem Bad/WC. Insgesamt gibt es 3 Zimmer, 2 DZ und 1 EZ. Es war alles was man für das tägliche Leben braucht vorhanden. Das Haus hat einen eigenen Charme, hat uns sehr gefallen. Allerdings könnten neue Stuhlkissen für draußen besorgt werden. Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto ca. 5 Minuten entfernt, ebenso die großen Müllcontainer. Einen schöneren Stand gibt es Torre de Mar oder Nerja mit seinen Höhlen. Mit dem Bus kommt man sehr gut auch nach Malaga in ca. 45 Minuten oder natürlich mit dem Auto. Für Leute mit Beeinträchtigung würde ich das Haus nicht empfehlen.

Hallo

Der Vermieter war sehr nett aber das Haus war sehr dreckig. Angefangen von der Küche bis hin zu den Schlafzimmern. Es ist auch nur Platz bis maximal 5 Personen wo das Einzelzimmer sehr sehr klein ist. Ich habe ein Bügelbrett aufgestellt damit ich meine Sachen ablegen konnte. Was positiv war die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren reichlich und frisch gewaschen.

Maison pas conforme à l’annonce

Nous avons été déçus de la location, car l’annonce ne corresponde pas à la réalité. Dans la maison, y’a beaucoup de choses à refaire en commençant par la literie qui laisse beaucoup à désirer ainsi que les poignées de portes qui se bloquent et qui sont cassés. Le canapé du salon était aussi un mauvais état et nous avons trouvé de la moisissure au plafond de la chambre qui est tombé sur le lit pareil dans le plafond de la salle de bain. C’est vraiment dommage que nous ne pouvons pas mettre les photos qu’on a pris sur place. En plus le propriétaire, nous arrêter la climatisation dans la journée et il est rentré dans la maison sans notre accord. En conclusion, je recommande pas du tout cette location.

Fantastic! Highly recommended.

We were very warmly welcomed by Alejandro! He made sure we had everything we could possibly need to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Very well equipped and clean house with spectacular sea views from the balconies. An ideal base for exploring the costa-del-sol, but also far enough away to avoid the busy tourist areas and experience traditional Spanish village life. Thank you Alejandro!!!

Next to the sea!

The house is like in the description,it has everything you need with fast internet,A/C,TVs in every room! The location is perfect,you get out of the house and in 1 minute you are on the beach!Even during the winter its really nice and you can stay outside and sit in the sun.Its really close to a supermarket(5 mins walk). The host is super nice! we had very good communication,Alejandro speaks very well english,we had an easy check in and check out,i really recommend this house,just for the host you can book this house the eyes closed!

Eine wundervolle Zeit

Diese Ferienhaus ist einfach nur wunderbar! Wenn man Wert auf einen tollen Ausblick legt, ist man hier genau richtig. Von der oberen Terasse hat man einen tollen Meerblick und man kann abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Das Haus hat vier Etagen. Ganz unten ist die Küche und ein Kleines Bad mit Dusche. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Wohnzimmer , von wo aus man auf die unterste Terasse gelangt, wo man wunderbar essen und relaxen kann. Im 1. OG gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer. Eines ist sehr klein mit einem Einzelbett. Das zweite ist sehr schön mit einem Doppelbett und kleinem Balkon mit herrlichem Ausblick. Es gibt wieder ein Bad mit Badewanne. Ganz oben ist ein tolles großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und schönem Bad. Und eine relativ große Terasse mit herrlichem Meerblick! Es war alles sehr gepflegt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Für 4 bis 5 Personen super geeignet . Für 6 Personen eher nicht. Alles in allem kann ich dieses Haus sehr empfehlen! Die Lage ist auch toll. Der Strand in Torre del Mar ist herrlich . (ca 10 km )Sehr groß. Viele schöne Chiringuitos. Kostenlose ausreichende Parkplätze direkt am Strand. Liege kostet 4 Euro pro Tag, was ich auch sehr günstig finde. Der Strand direkt am Ferienhaus ist nicht soo schön. Man kann schon mal baden gehen. Aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist Torre del Mar empfehlenswerter. Malaga ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Sehr empfehlenswert ist ein Ausflug nach Nerja. Dort gibt es eine sehenswerte riesige Höhle. Tolle Buchten am Strand.Viele tolle Aussichten auf Berge und Meer. Eine belebte Innenstadt. Sehr schön. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es vom Haus aus auch unmittelbar. Ein großer Mercadona Einkaufsmarkt in 2 min mit dem Auto erreichbar.Nachts ist es ruhig. Man hört nur das Meeresrauschen! Ach ja, es gibt zahlreiche Klimaanlagen im Haus. Sehr praktisch , wenns nachts zu heiß wird. Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in diesem Haus !!! Danke!

Sehr schönes Haus über 4 Ebenen

Wir waren 5 Personen, die Matratze für das Einzelzimmer war ziemlich schlecht, wir konnten allerdings die für das 6. Bett mit benutzen, damit ging das. Die Küche könnte etwas mehr Geschirr vertragen (nur 4 Frühstücksteller, wenige Gläser), und die Schränke in der Küche im UG (ebenerdigen Ausgang) riechen etwas nach "Keller". Die drei Bäder waren Klasse, super Ausblick, tolle Lage fußläufig schnell an einen schönen Strand, nur am WE nachts viel los draußen. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

rustikales Beach-Haus mit umfassendem Meerblick

Der Vermieter hat uns schon am Haus erwartet und sodann das Objekt vorgestellt. Alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht, war vorhanden. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Zum Meer gelangt man in wenigen Schritten über die Straße. Ein großer Einkaufsmarkt befindet sich in der Nähe. Der Vermieter antwortet unverzüglich auf e-Mails. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Casa con encanto especial

Casa acogedora con todos los detalles que puedes desear en tu propia casa, tiene wifi en toda la casa, toallas superlimpias y sábanas y todo impecable, huele muy bien. Para el exterior dispones de todo tipo de sillas y hamacas y desde la terraza de la habitación superior una fantástica y cercana vista al mar. Una pega por poner alguna, escaleras para subir a esa maravillosa vista., compensa. El patio es muy grande y acogedor Gracias al propietario por el detalle de bienvenida, es de agradecer. Muchas gracias Alejandro, estás en todo. Parece un templo.

Charming house, beach location

Very comfortable and charming house right across the street from the beach.In a nice residential area. Front patio and balconies for sunbathing. Well equipped throughout, including kitchen and bathrooms. Alejandro was a very gracious host and will make sure you have everything you need. Small shop right in front of the house for necessities, large grocery store a 5 minute walk down the main road. Make sure to walk to Duna (10 minutes) for a drink at the bar - they have local vermouth which is very good! Also visit El Balandro restaurant (15 minute walk) for some truly excellent beachfront seafood. Malaga city center is 30 minutes away by bus, they run all day and fares are cheap. Bus stop is in front of the big supermarket. Highly recommend a stay here if you want to live like a local in quiet surroundings with easy beach access and the comforts of home! Malaga hospitality is well known, and for good reason. Tip: super fast and inexpensive train from Malaga Airport to city center (RENFRE line) takes only 12 minutes. They do public transport very well here.

Alles hat prima geklappt. Der Gastgeber hat uns schon beim Eintreffen erwartet und alles war super vorbereitet. Das Haus erstreckt sich über vier Etagen. Das Dachgeschosszimmer hat eine schöne Terasse mit freien Blick übers Meer.
