Spacious, well-appointed floor plan with 2 Master suites with private baths. Third bedroom and full hall bath. Large front room with fireplace. Game room, large deck, whole house cooling and plenty of off-road parking. Conveniently located next to the Pines Village and near Boat Slip on Beaver Mountain Dock.

This is an All-Seasons rental, weekly during the summer and 2-night minimums off season with 3 day minimum on holidays.

With most of our properties, you will come to our office and meet with our office staff to receive your keys and/or code to access the property you are renting. Select homes we can set up no contact check in, where you will receive a code and the property address to check in.
After hours check in will be self-check in that we will set up upon request.


All of our homes are around Bass Lake, most within walking distance of lake access or a short drive to the nearest access point.

You will receive access to the home on the first day of your reservation. Check in will be set up with office staff.

Game room with full size ping pong and pool table. Four player Pin Ball machine, jukebox with 6-'s and 70's records. Bumper Pool/Card Table and DSL internet. 55" LCD Smart TV HD reception/local channels. Blu-ray player and VCR. One Master bedroom has DVD/32" LCD TV, third room has TV, DVD, VCR. Fully ducted whole house high efficiently evaporative cooling, fireplace, microwave, ice maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, highchair, toy box, games cabinet, large deck with Weber BBQ! Includes linens.

The Bass Lake area does not have public transit.

Guests must be 25 or older to rent any of our properties. ID will be required upon reservation confirmation. The guest that makes the reservation must be the one who checks in and must remain on the property with the other guests.
Service animals are allowed on our properties. Please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA regarding your service animal. 1) Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? 2) What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
We do not charge extra for service animals, nor do we increase the security deposit. The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or animal. Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices.
