Location perfect for Ruidosa attractions as well as Lincoln County historical places. Cabin was clean, just as described. Hosts are easy to contact and get information. We had a great time and recommend the accommodation highly.

This is our second year in a row staying here to attend the air races in Roswell. It's a great escape from the heat in Roswell. We've made good use of well-equipped kitchen, patio and hot tub. No complaints.

The property was a great place for my family to stay for the holiday weekend. While it’s fairly close to a Main Street, it’s still tucked away enough that you can’t hear much activity and can enjoy the silence and peacefulness. The cabin was stocked with everything you needed, communication was great, and location was prime. I would recommend for larger groups!

We had a great time! Elk and deer kept coming up to the house which was a really cool experience. After each day of skiing, we’d relax in the hot tub and watch the wildlife. This was the perfect spot for our family!

The property we selected was a waste of money . The floor was disgustingly dirty , the carpets in the room were filthy and the worst part was no one wanted to sleep on the beds because nothing smelled clean . It seems like the cleaning crew does the most minimal job ever . It smelled like old corn chips when we walked in . That tells me that the couches were probably filthy . The beds were hard and old and there were dead bugs in corners that were filthy . For the price this was a complete waste of money . The hot tub was lacking water . My family was so disgusted they left early .

Great stay

We were very happy with this place. The hot tub was great, the place was clean, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We got to see some wildlife in the yard too, which was a big plus (deer and a fox).Would recommend!

Nice home! We loved the covered deck, as we enjoyed watching the elk walk by & relaxing with the cool breeze blow. Very close to all our favorite restaurants, especially K-Bob's.
