Welcome to Unit 201!

This sunny coastal condo offers a great getaway, but please note that daytime construction will occur on the property from mid-August through the fall season. To compensate for any daytime noise and workers on site during weekday hours, we have already applied a special, heavily discounted rate to your booking.

Florida sunshine awaits you!
This second floor condo offers a master bedroom with king bed, sleeper sofa and a beautiful, fully equipped, upgraded kitchen. The slider opens to our clubhouse, courtyard and BBQ areas.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. There is an app operated washer and dryer on every floor of the complex.

Carpet needs cleaning. Inexpensive supplies in Kitchen, bath and bedroom. Condo is a bit dated now. No instructions for internet access. TV stations are limited. This complex is on the beach but the condo overlooks the roof of the club house and building construction next door. It was adequate but expensive for what you get. It could have been cleaner.
