Very Comfortable Back Patio / Great hiking in the area

We had a pleasant stay at this condo in Rio Verde. The place is in a great location for hiking or mountain biking in McDowell Mountain Regional Park. The North Loop hiking trail which is accessible in the development was absolutely beautiful, had little elevation and had a nice view of 4 Peaks in the distance. The development has a golf course and a good workout area. The development only had one small pool area for the entire large development of homes and condos. This is not a place to staff if you primarily want to hangout at the pool with your family. The condo was very comfortable and very well equipped. The patio had very comfortable furniture and we spent a great deal of time relaxing there. The one draw back was that the condo was on a very busy road and we had pretty much a constant stream of cars and motorcycles going by as well as cement trucks heading north to other developments being built. Also, note that one of Sandra's pictures in the VRBO listing shows a hot tub outside the master bedroom window. This was one of the reasons why we booked the place thinking there was a hot tub to use after hiking. Know that the hot tub was removed year's ago and does not exist, so don't be misled by that photo. Hopefully, Sandra will remove this photo. Overally, we had a very pleasant stay at this condo.

Yes, Dar is correct, it was my oversight not to have the photographer come back in and reshoot the bedroom as that photo which was meant only to show the master bedroom, light was needed to take the photo. The hot tub was removed in October 2019 due to mechanical and liability issues. There are a couple pictures showing only the patio and what is out there. Under Amenities/Pool/Outdoor facilities - spa/whirlpool or sauna are not marked as being on the property but communal pool is marked. The following note is also made: Hot tub/Sauna and heated pool at community center 4 minutes away I was not trying to be misleading or even attempting to mislead anyone. As for the traffic, we are in a resort area. Forest Road is the main road going through Rio Verde and Tonto Verde, it is the access to the great hiking and golfing. There is a greenbelt and block wall that separates the Townhouse from N. Forest. New photos will be published as soon as the new master bathroom shower is installed.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. A couple of hiccups at the beginning that were resolved quite quickly. The owner is very responsive and quick to reply to any needs or concerns. Would recommend.

Great time in Rio Verde

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, and the patio was lovely. The owner was very helpful, and easy to reach. We loved the location, very convenient access to golfing and hiking. Recommend the patio at Verde River golf course, with spectacular views, and hiking in McDowell Reserve. Hope to return soon!

Great Stay!

Sandi was an excellent host. I had inquired about wifi reliability and when she found out we'd be working remotely during our stay, she added a desk to the master bedroom which worked out perfectly for us. She was a great communicator and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchenware was well stocked if you are cooking in. We enjoyed many meals on the patio watching the hummingbirds.
