This is a mountain cozy 4-bedroom/4-bath townhome at The Phoenix at Steamboat. There is a large and welcoming living area with a Queen-size sofabed, flat-screen TV, and gas fireplace. The dining table has room for 8 (plus 4 at the bar stools), and a fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, and a large countertop/bar.

The main level offers a queen bedroom with full en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has two cozy twin beds. There is a second bathroom on the main level in the hallway. Upstairs you will enjoy the Master Bedroom with King bed, large vanity, and en-suite bathroom. The top floor also has a second bedroom with a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Phoenix Townhomes are located in the mountain base area just 75 yards from the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort, which is a short 2-3 minute walk from your front door, or a short ride on the Free Private Shuttle! Phoenix Townhomes offer FREE WIFI and an outdoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, and an exercise facility with sauna. The clubhouse also offers a pool table. Please note that amenities may be unavailable in the off-season and for maintenance without notice.

GETTING AROUND:
The Phoenix is located one block away from the ski area on Apres Ski Way, just a short walk to the Gondola. Winter shuttle service for transportation to grocery stores and downtown Steamboat Springs.

Place was great but run by a poor management company. We had trouble getting an access code, as the one sent was not valid note were subsequent codes. Once we got in it was fine. We just would book with someone else.

Great Location!

Property was perfectly located a short walking distance to the base of the mountain and restaurants. It was clean and well kept. There were two families and the two bedrooms up/down were great. The property is well managed and the access to the pool / hot tub was a great post-ski activity.

Beautiful ski country condo

We've stayed at this condo several times and as always, everything was just fine. The accommodations are perfect for our group. The Phoenix continues to do a good job of maintaining the public areas. We will continue coming back.

Overall size (4) bedrooms/ (4) baths great. Family room carpet need some cleaning and steps with luggage difficult. Shuttle to slopes stops at unit! Would book again for sure.

Perfect layout and location!

We visited this property with our two young kids and another family who also had two young children. The layout is perfect for two families and it was so nice that everyone had their own bathroom. We love the location of the Phoenix as it is easy to walk to the resort. The space was clean and we had everything we needed.

Great location

A group of 10 friends very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The bedrooms and pull-out couch were nice, clean and comfortable. The walk to the gondola was short and easy. & The pool, hot-tubs and sauna were great! One downside is that there is only space for 2 cars, with no recommendations or options for overnight parking elsewhere. Overall, good stay and great location. We’d recommend this spot for a fun group vacation rental. Thank you!

Steamboat Gravel Race Group

Really enjoyed this SkyRun townhome. We had 4 couples staying. The large kitchen and dining area was fantastic for our large group gatherings. All the bedrooms and baths were clean and functional. I wish the one bedroom in the lower area had a queen rather than a trundle bed for our fourth couple. The parking was tight for the 4 cars, but we managed quite nicely. Overall, I give this rental high praise for being a perfect retreat for a large group such as ours.

Good sleeping accommodations. Kitchen small but effective. Living room seats six , but kitchen counter stools add to capacity. TV was difficult to solve and no instructions were provided

Family Christmas

Rented the unit for a pre-Christmas family celebration. Three couples within the family including two kids under 4. The unit had good accommodations for three adult couples and we could easily sleep two kids. One room had sufficient room for a pack n play to be setup. The location is great for access to the gondola. A big value of this location is the dedicated shuttle services that can you take you to the resort or town. Between the resort shuttle and the on-demand building shuttle we never had transportation issues.

Steamy in Steamboat, March 2022

Great time! The ultimate in spring skiing conditions the last weekend in March of this year. Above 60 and sunny. Unit comfortably accommodated our party of 7 adults. Great location with the ski hill and base village within a short walk.

First time at Phoenix third time in Steamboat

Great trip. Steamboat is a town with something for everyone. The condo has plenty of beds for a large group. WiFi works great. Location is a short walking distance to the ski base. The garage is a tight squeeze even for a ford explorer. But it will work.

Clean, cozy condo in a great location

We were in town to work the Big Air ski/snowboard competition - it meant long hours on our feet all day. We enjoyed the amenities and coziness of the condo as well as the close proximity to the main village area.
