***PLEASE NOTE: The tower is only available for rental for stays between 3 nights minimum and up to one month maximum***

This includes all furnishing, utilities and laundry plus its own private high speed internet.

The Tower is located in the Mendocino National Historic District, a short walk from restaurants, beaches, shopping, spas, galleries, and local wine, film, mushroom, whale, and film festivals. Little River Airport and golf course are less than 5 miles.

LOCATED IN THE HISTORIC DISTRICT OF MENDOCINO, unlike many so- called 'Mendocino' listings that are miles from town. The Tower offers well-appointed accommodations for 1 or 2 couples or a small group with pretty garden and ocean views. Stretch your travel budget by preparing some of your meals in the cheerful kitchen or walk to one of the fine local restaurants. The fenced garden creates a peaceful environment and accommodates bikes, kayaks, and children. Smoke-Free environment. No pets, please.

This was our third stay at the water tower, which has become one of our go-to spots for California travel. The tower is always clean, comfortable, and has everything we need for our stay. The property is truly unique, with its panoramic views, fun third floor loft and rooftop, and beautiful garden. The location is also perfect, centrally located in the middle of the village, with everything accessible by walking. You won’t regret a stay here.

This is our fourth visit to the water tower, and it's been wonderful every time! One of our favorite things is the second floor bedroom, surrounded with light and the ocean view from the bed. We also love taking cocktails up to watch the sunset up from top of the tower.

Great Getaway in Mendocino

This is a wonderful place to stay in Mendocino. The location is terrific - an easy walk to everything in town and right on the road to the headlands. The water tower is very comfortable and great fun, and the gardens are beautiful. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Wonderful Water Tower

Garden Paradise

Great getaway

Comfortable stay at Mendocino Tower

This was such a wonderful, unusual place, a converted water tower with three levels of living space. Wonderful ocean views, beautiful garden outside the living room and close to restaurants and shops in Mendocino! The view from the roof is amazing. We really enjoyed our stay!
