New Listing Relaxing Nicoya Villas across from Mal Pais beach!

Located in Mal Pais, a few minutes from Santa Teresa, Nicoya Villas is a beautiful 4 villa property with a pool and teak gazebo that was built in 2019. There is staff on site ! Come experience our hospitality and you can check out guests reviews on our Facebook page and on Google.

The 1st floor has a full bathroom, 2 guest rooms with 2 queen size beds each, the kitchen and dining area. The 2nd floor has a loft tv area and master bedroom with ensuite bathroom!

We offer Golf Cart rentals with surf racks, ATVs and scooter rentals. Wi-fi and cable included.

Each unit is private, but the pool, garden and teak gazebo area are communal areas.

The entire property can be rented for yoga/jiu jitsu retreats!

Great time at the villas!

We had a great time at the villas. They are brand new and very clean. The rooms were very comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped us book a fishing tour and some surf lessons. Breafkast every morning was fresh and delicious. The pool has a nice shallow area to rest in or for the kids to play in. The location was perfect for us, the best of both worlds. A peaceful and quiet area right across the street from the beach and only a few minutes away from the action in Santa Teresa. The ping pong table is super fun and the kids loved the popcorn and cotton candy!

I fell in love with Costa Rica especially this area of the Nicoya Peninsula. This is my second home and I look forward to coming to the Nicoya Villas very often and it is one of the most beautiful places in the world!

Why they chose this property

The Nicoya Villas property is a very nice brand new 4 villa property with a gorgeous pool area. We also have a 550 sq foot yoga or jiu jitsu area which is perfect for seminars! Our guests can rent golf carts, boards, bikes and scooters! Feel at home while staying with us!
