We traveled to LA for a wedding in Simi Valley, and this home was the perfect place for our family. Our group included my wife, our daughter, and my mother in law, and the home met all of our needs. Asher was always responsive, answering questions before booking, ahead of our arrival, and during our stay. If we return to the area we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot

My family and I stayed here while visiting Universal Studios. The location was perfect and easy to get to. The home was very clean and spacious. It was a very comfortable stay.

Asher is such an amazing host! So responsive, friendly, and accommodating. His place is conveniently located to everything from Malibu to Santa Monica to Beverly Hills to Hollywood Bowl or Universal Studios. Spent over two weeks here. It was a very comfortable stay with everything we could need and has a brand new washer and dryer. Some great restaurants within walking distance. Felt very secure with the gated property, and the electric vehicle charger was such a plus. We look forward to staying with Asher in the future!

Perfect location and super clean stay!

The beds are comfy, there's a TV in every room, and it's CLEAN. There's also parking and so much good food near by. I would absolutely stay again.

AMAZING!

What an awsome listing and perfect home to stay at for a Christmas in LA. Property was spotless and stocked with everything/ anything needed for a short to learn term stay. Asher was actually at property upon arrival and is EXACTLY the l type of person you want to rent from. Incredibly friendly. Found our place when my family comes into town. Wow! 10/10.

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious house with plenty of room and space for all six of us to enjoy. We were within walking distance to family and other local shops etc. House was clean and comfortable. Property owner a simple text away and very attentive to everything. We will absolutely return!

Sherman Oaks three bedroom home

Our stay was wonderful. The house had three bedrooms, two baths, a fully stocked kitchen, washer / dryer, and comfortable living room along with a private patio space. The home is conveniently located to Ventura Boulevard where we walked for dinner and to the 101 and 405. Asher was gracious and very helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Perfect Place

My son and I stayed at Asher’s property during his move to UCLA. This place was just perfect. The location is close to everything. The property is very well maintained, clean, spacious, safe and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Could not have been better!

The property was perfect for us! Exactly as the description, clean and neatly organized. The Host, Asher, could not have been friendlier, or more responsive! We had several unusual asks for Asher, and he fould a way to say Yes to each one of then. We cannot recommend staying here any higher, and we will plan to stay again when we return to Sherman Oaks!

Excellent Home in Sherman Oaks

Beautiful and comfortable home in Sherman Oaks. The property manager (Asher) was great and made the stay very easy. It was the perfect house for our visit to LA. Inside was new and clean and we will definitely stay there again when visiting.

Beautiful home, easy to find from freeway

This was a beautiful home with plenty of room for our group! It was spacious and clean. We came from Arizona and the house was easy to find and the host was available if we had questions. Would stay again when visiting the area!

Amazing Amazing Amazing .....

This property was Amazing super clean. I give the property 10 stars. We took a family trip to Universal Studios to celebrate our daughter's birthday. First I have to say the host was very responsive super nice and accommodating. The check in was super easy. The property was in a great location. We were 8 mins from Universal. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. I have to say there are many stores surrounding the area .There is Ralphs within walking distance. The house again was perfect super clean and very roomy. 3bds 2 1/2 baths. Every room had a tv we had no issues at all. The property is gated private parking which was another bonus. Everyone was happy. I would highly recommend anyone who is traveling to LA to stay here. We will be back. Thank you for everything.
