Completely renovated for your comfort. Walk to the soccer fields, football field, skate park, softball fields, pickleball courts and kids playground. Minutes from boat launch on the Colorado River, City Swimming Pool and splash pad for the kids. 2 queen beds with either pillow top or memory foam/gel and a queen sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress. Washer and Dryer are located in the garage. Water softener and Reverse Osmosis in kitchen for purified drinking water. 15 minutes to Laughlin, NV casinos and restaurants. 90 minutes to Las Vegas, NV. 30 minutes to CA. Approximately 3 hours to the Grand Canyon.

Great place to stay

We never had to contact the owner because check in was simple, everything we needed was supplied, place was clean, everything was comfortable, plenty of supplies for cooking. The place was central to our needs and plenty of parking is available. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Bullhead City

Our stay was for 73 days. It is a very nice property and is nicely furnished. It is a short walk to the Colorado River, there is a beautiful park there, and a nice path to walk along the river. The view with the mountains all around was fantastic! Angela was quick to respond to all messages. We would definitely recommend her place, and would stay again if we return to the area!

Perfect place to stay

This was the first vrbo that had everything we needed. The bedrooms were spacious, fabulous kitchen and dining area. Within walking distance to the Colorado. Believe me when I say perfect I mean it. We stayed for two month and enjoyed every minute of our vacation. We could move in and not have to bring anything but our clothes. Wish we could move this place to Oregon. Owner was available for any questions or needs. WOW!

Cute Rental

The inside of the home very nice and updated. I had to buy extra towels dish towels ,bath mat and hand soaps for my personal preference. Otherwise everything covered. Nice dishes and serving dishes. A garage and like new washer and dryer a big plus! TV not like we are use to with Hulu and other apps. A big plus is Rotary Park across the street.

1st time adventure

The pics were exactly what we found when we opened the door. Beautifully decorated, top notch linens, rugs, towels, utensils, furniture and clean. Candice responded immediately when we texted with questions and actually stopped by to chat. The property is across the road from a GIANT park, 3 mile blacktop walk around the park and along the Colorado River. It has numerous lighted soccer fields, baseball/softball fields, 4 covered playgrounds for littles, fenced and wind shielded pickle ball courts, dog run area, tons of parking and a football field with spectator seating. Wonderful adventure.

Bull Head City Adventure

We were very pleased except for a few incidentals and the TV. We were not use to that set up for TV since we have cable. Candance came right over for any issue we had and fixed it. We are use to plenty of silverware,towels and dish towels and convenient wastebaskets. We fixed that by a trip to Wal Mart. We left our new shower mat as the tub is very slippery with no bars. I have mobility issues so had to be safe. Two bathrooms were very nice. Thanks Jo and Don All our company loved our place and the park. We had a great time!

The house is furnished for up to 8 people even though I don't allow more than 6 guests at a time, but everyone (including me) has their own little peculiarities that they like in their own home so it's impossible to meet all of those extra's for every guest. But, I'm happy to hear that overall your experience was positive and that you made it home safely.

We only needed one bedroom so we had plenty of space! We cooked most of our meals there ! There were nice dishes and pots and pans! There were also lots of spices! The decorations were so special! We were right across from the park! You could walk to the River! It was a great location! I would highly recommend this Vrbo! Thank you for sharing it with us!

Great home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - time went way too fast. Can- dice was quick to respond to our questions and even made a "house call" to deliver a new coffee pot and give us directions on the TV. One thing we really missed was a TV that carried networks and live sports. The apple TV had movies & apps but we really would have preferred cable or satellite ability. The unit was super clean and decorated so it was cozy. The beds were comfy and we appreciated Candice giving us a remote to be able to use the garage. We'd be interested in a longer rental next year if possible. (Milo especially enjoyed taking morning walks around the Rotary Park complex!) Milo & Judy

Bullhead golf trip

Our golf couples group has been coming to Laughlin to play in February for the last 15 years. Decided to try a house rather than hotels this year. We were very pleased with this rental. It was very clean and even though it is an older duplex, it is well updated . It is across the street from Rotory Park for a great walking and parking area. The owners were in touch with us several timesfrom the time we set the reservation, thru the rental period.

Bullhead City Trip

The property was as listed. The bed in the master was comfortable and there were plenty of towels and linens. The layout and rooms were very functional. The sofa bed in the living room was uncomfortable to sit on as the cushions lacked support underneath. The location was central and very convenient but noisy as the street traffic was busy. Off street parking was much appreciated!

Cute, clean little house

Came out for the weekend for work and this adorable little place was perfect. Clean, cozy and comfortable. Couch was perfect for 4 adults to chill out and watch movies in the evening. Would definitely stay here again.

I love to travel to scuba dive so when I renovated this home, I did it specifically with the things I want when I travel. I loved it so much once I had finished I considered moving into it and using my personal home as a rental instead! I hope you'll love it as much as I do and feel like you are at home.

Comfy mattresses and a selection of different pillows to fit your comfort needs. A coffee/tea bar with variety, and a Reverse Osmosis for filtered drinking water to use in your refillable water bottle. A water softener to sooth your skin. High end cookware and a small selection of spices and olive oil to make dinner a little easier and tasty. A make-up vanity with a lighted make-up mirror for the ladies and a blow-dryer. Hangers in the closet and each bedroom has a charging station in the base of the lamp for your electronics. The TV's are smart TV's with Chromecast so you can log into your own HULU or NETFLIX or cast shows directly from your phone to the TV. The WIFI password is framed and hanging next to the living room TV. The Master Suite also has a TV. Laundry facilities are in the garage. There are 2 security cameras outside the property for safety and check-in ID.
