This charming little home has been completely renovated and updated for your comfort. Brand new everything from the floors to the roof including brand new A/C to keep you cool in the hot desert summers. Tons of parking for your boats and toys. Security cameras, lights and doors for your peace of mind. Back yard patio with lights and furniture for al fresco dining when the weather cools down. Granite counters with a breakfast bar as well as a 6 person dining table. The home is approximate 3 blocks from the largest city park with tournament soccer, softball, baseball and football fields. Pickle ball courts. Skate Park. AND a launch to the Colorado River. Also, just a few minutes away from the city pool and splash pad. Central to everything Bullhead City has to offer on a quiet little residential street.

Candice has done a great job with this property. Loaded with great amenities, and the reverse osmosis water dispenser is a real help when you drink a lot of water! The HVAC is awesome and works great for cool and heat too. Short walk to the park and the river makes it extra nice. Would stay again.

I love to travel to different parts of the world to scuba, so when I decided to renovate this house for guests, I did it with my own comfort in mind. Cushy beds, a variety of pillows to choose what's comfortable for you, granite counters, quality pots and pans, purified drinking water, laundry facilities, a blow dryer, clothes iron, clothing hangers, and make-up wash cloths to keep the white linens looking white, family games, wifi and more. A portion of the profit from your rental will go to Compassion International to sponsor a child in need. I hope you'll feel at home as that was my goal.
Why they chose this property
This home sits on a lot large enough to accommodate boat parking which is important if you are coming to play on the river. It is also only about 3 blocks from the largest city park where the kids play soccer and softball tournaments. I chose this home with boaters and families in mind.
What makes this property unique
Part of the proceeds from your rental of this property helps to sponsor a child and her family in Honduras through Compassion International. Lots of boat parking. Centrally located. Close to the Bullhead City pool and splash pad. Around the corner from Rotary park. 3 minutes to the city launch at Rotary park. Close to shopping and restaurants and hospitals. Everything in this home is brand new as I just completely renovated it top to bottom.
