My fully renovated home is cozy an spacious! Spacious home with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, large family room, deluxe kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The house has a nice size front and back yard, gas fireplace, Wi-Fi and TV in every room. The home is a 2 story house with the master suite on the 1st level. The home also includes a large front porch and suitable yard space. The home is over 1600 square feet of living space.

The property is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood approximately 15 minutes to the airport, Uptown Charlotte, Spectrum Center, Bank of America Stadium and the BB&T Ballpark. It is also located 5 minutes from I-85 and 7 minutes from I-77. The home is locate about 22 minutes from Charlotte Motor Speedway.

NBA game stay

Our stay was overall nice. We enjoyed the extra space of the 4 bedrooms. Home is in a quiet neighborhood. The beds are uncomfortable and noisy, but we made do.

Family Wedding

We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect location for our family of 7. There was plenty of space for us and the house was comfortable and well-situated. The neighborhood was lovely and the owner was responsive when I had a question. I would definitely recommend this home.

Needs a new bed

The bed in room 1 is worn-out and the bed frame has a depression in it making one try to sleep in a hole. Extremely uncomfortable. Everything else was very good. The other beds and rooms were very good. Kitchen is excellent. Living area very cute.

Beautiful home

The house was situated in a very nice neighborhood! The house had all the amenities of a home . Beautifully decorated and clean ! Owner was very responsive to concerns which were very few! Would definitely stay again as well as recommend to others !

Both pros and cons

Overall mostly everything was fine. Herb had prompt communication with us most of the time. He had a nice welcome note and bottle of wine upon our arrival. We weren’t happy that the floors were sticky (like they weren’t cleaned well) and the TVs had large smudges all over (like the wrong cleaning supplies were used) All but one of the beds had complaints. The King bed was especially terrible. One side I could feel all the springs poking me and I’m not a large person. The other side had a hole in the mattress that you had to sleep in. We were there for a week and had to go without doing laundry. We had a full house and it was very difficult to get by without doing so. We purposely packed less clothing knowing we’d be able to do laundry. So we had to wear dirty clothes during our Christmas week and come home and do lots of laundry. The dryer wasn’t working and there didn’t seem to be much urgency to get to repaired. We weren’t reimbursed anything for that huge inconvenience like we thought we might be. The kitchen was well stocked, the TVs had all the apps to watch anything you’d like, and the neighborhood seemed nice and safe. If the beds get replaced and the drier gets repaired I’d recommend this home.

Filthy with Strong Air Freshners

Well, the 1st thing I met in the home was a roach in the upstairs bathroom. I had to wipe off all the dressers and nightstands because they were filthy. The air fresheners were so strong that the smell nauseated my family.

Great Property and Nice Owner

Property was as described and met our needs perfectly. We do these trips once a year and this was one of the nicest spots we’ve stayed in the last several years. Owner responded immediately to questions and even worked with me to move the dates when I forgot about my sister’s graduation. 4 separate sleeping areas provided plenty of room for group of 5. Highly recommend.

Great neighborhood!

This was a wonderful home. Clean, spacious, lots of amenities in a quiet family friendly neighborhood that is easy to get to. We will definitely be back again next year!!

It was good. The house hold up to 8 guest but cannot accommodate more than 2 vehicles. The area is nice as well as the home. Enjoyed the stay.

Very Comfy

This property provided everything as it described. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked in it daily. Each bedroom was furnished with a television, which was great for our 4 boys. Everyone was able to comfortably spread out, which is something that can't be done in a hotel room. The master bedroom being on the first floor was my favorite part. The property manager was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. The check in and out were seamless. We will definitely rent this home again.
