Beautiful Home Near UNC & More..Wi-Fi.2 lofts!

This is a beautiful home with a nice decor. We want our guest to feel at home as much as possible from coffee in the mornings, to relaxation in every area of our home. We have two lofts; one with an elegant scenery and another to enjoy movies and games.

This home has two levels; the main level has a half bathroom and upstairs has 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The open living room and kitchen gives guests the perfect amount of space to enjoy!

MASTER BEDROOM
King size bed with a 43 inch Roku TV. Streaming apps will need to be accessed with your own credentials. Nice size walk in closet. Iron and iron board will be located in the closet.

2ND BEDROOM
Queen size bed with a 40 in Roku TV. Streaming apps will need to be accessed with your own credentials.

3RD BEDROOM
Queen size bed with a 40 in Roku TV. Streaming apps will need to be accessed with your own credentials.

All rooms have the necessary linen, towels, bathroom necessities, to make this the perfect getaway. Hangers are provided in each closet.

LAUNDRY
Top load washer and dryer set. Complimentary detergent pods and fabric softener boosters. Clothes Basket is provided. Additional Towels will be located in our laundry room.

LOFTS
Our downstairs loft is very elegant. Perfect area in the house to take pictures or read your favorite book. Our upstairs loft is a movies and game themed area. We have a Bluetooth projector so that you can watch your favorite movie or video and complimentary popcorn to munch on. (Eat only in loft area upstairs)

KITCHEN
• Full refrigerator • Ice machine is not in service.
• Microwave, stove, blender, toaster
• Keurig coffee maker. Coffee, sugar and tea is provided
• Tupperware, plates, cups, pot set and utensils
• Table holds 4
• 2 bar stools


LIVING ROOM
Cozy couch with a 55 in Roku Tv. Cable is included. Streaming apps will need to be accessed with your own credentials. Additional throw blankets to stay comfy.

Beautiful quite neighborhood. Enjoy a nice walk or enjoy the pool which we will provide the key for.

This property was more spacious than the pictures show. Well equipped with coffee supplies, kitchen tools, washer/dryer, etc. Beds were clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was safe and quiet but not walkable to businesses (within a short driving distance though.) Only had some very minor cleanliness issues with us finding previous guests' socks and some liquid stains on the walls. Overall was a great stay and would recommend to others.

NASCAR weekend getaway

Recently stayed at this property. Lots of space for the 6 of us. Located close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Quick drive to NASCAR Hall of Fame. Airport, charlotte motor speedway and downtown Charlotte. Would certainly stay again.

Friends Weekend get away

Group of 6 friends got together for a weekend at the NC Renaissance Festival. Between the two baths and half bath, we had plenty of room to get ready. Large closets to hang up our costumes.

Excellent - Could not be more perfect for a visit

We stayed for many College Visits with our twin boys. We all absolutely loved the amenities in this house and did not want to leave. The house was very clean and we seriously could not ask for more. Much needed get away

The stay in this house was amazing it’s was very warm and inviting. The kids enjoyed the theater room. The over all house itself was very peaceful and calming. There were times that we couldn’t even leave the house. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation or short get away I highly recommend this property!

Gorgeous property!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. The decor is stunning & the home was spotless. Very comfortable and well equipped w/ everything we’d need. My only small suggestion would be a table or furniture piece in the master- there’s very little space to set jewelry/belongings.

Great location

This property was just as listed. Very, very clean. Close to everything you would need in the Charlotte/Concord area. We did some shopping, sightseeing and visited the speedway. All a short drive. Host was so nice and responsive. Beds slept great and we had everything we needed for our stay. We visit this area a lot and can’t wait to stay here again!

Very Cool Property

The property was very clean and decorated lovely, lots of space and a great location in Charlotte, you can get anywhere in about 20 minutes. My only suggestion, there was 4 of us and there was not enough paper products, toilet paper/paper towels, we had to go to the store and purchase more.

The property was clean, excellent location, decor was beautiful.However, the bedrooms were sparsely furnished. No place to set opened suitcases and the master bedroom was the only room that had night stands. The kitchen was sparesly supplied/ no storage containers, old appliances, and unstable chairs in the the dining area. The furniture in the family was aesthetically pleasing , but fragile..

Amazing Location and Home!

So many things that I want to point out. The home is beautiful! It is so spacious. My family was able to have their own rooms and space. The home had everything we needed. The host was amazing with accommodating an earlier check in time, as we were traveling in earlier than expected, to beat Atlanta and Charlotte traffic. The neighborhood is peaceful and close to everything… (Walmart, restaurants, and more is so close). I loved everything about the home and the host made the space so warm and welcoming. If you need a nice place to lay your head and relax, but also have enough room for your family, this is the perfect spot! We will definitely be back again! Thanks for everything, Mandy. (Also, sorry for waking you up so early.).

Charming Charlotte Stay

My family and I stay at this property and it was very enjoyable. This was one of the CLEANEST places I’ve stayed at since using the Vrbo app. This place felt like a home away from home, but also with the feel of staying at a hotel. There were complimentary shampoos, conditioners and soaps for our stay. The owner takes a great deal to make sure that everything is clean, well kept and available during your stay. We even received more snacks for the movie loft area even though we mentioned to the owner we already had some. We greatly appreciated the gesture. We also received very fast responses to our questions and concerns. This is a great property to rent for your stay in Charlotte. The neighborhood was quiet and charming and the place was exactly like how the listing described. Plus its so close to the different attractions you can’t go wrong. We only hope that for our next Charlotte visit this property is available to rent. Thank you for letting us stay!

Comfortable Getaway

We were in Charlotte for part family vacation, part work convention. We had 4 adults and 2 children. The drive to the convention center downtown was easy—about 25 minutes. When we arrived the trash bins in the driveway were overflowing which made parking a bit more difficult. This was no fault to anyone but the previous guests who didn’t do what they were supposed to. The home was comfortable with generous bedroom sizes and plenty of room so we were never on top of each other. The theatre area was a hit with my boys and plenty of floor space throughout to do puzzles and games. Kitchen has bare minimum and for a family who desired to cook more, we had to go buy some disposable pans/baking sheets. Access to the clubhouse pool was convenient (walking distance) from the home. Pool was a bit unkempt but again, no fault to this property’s owner. I’d definitely stay here again if we came to Charlotte. Communication was quick and they answered any questions I had even if it involved a little research on their part.
