The house is beautiful and you can see the ocean from each porch (there are 3). Sitting outside in the morning with a cup of coffee was incredible. Kimberly is a great host, ready to answer any questions you have. I would absolutely stay here again.

30 second walk to be right on the beach. Sunrises were spectacular. The house was set up well. Had everything we needed. The three deck spaces were wonderful. Ocean view from all decks. Very beachy house. It was a wonderful visit.

Wonderful stay and location!

The house is very cool and the location could not be more perfect. Had to contact the host in order to get inside because I was having trouble with my app, and she was a very lovely and helpful person. Highly recommend staying here!

Christmas on the Coast

Convenient location, short pathway to the ocean, and maybe a 15 minute walk to the pier. We've never walked on firmer sand. Accommodations were comfortable, clean,and bright. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Trip to OOB!

We very much enjoyed our week at OOB! The home was incredibly clean and steps from the beach. The house had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location is perfect for walking to all the local businesses and boardwalk. Great stay, highly reccomend!

Perfect location!

The house was beautiful! Very clean and had everything you need, plus! Great views and steps from the beach. Perfect location, it’s a half mile to the pier and it’s located on a quiet side street. My family and I loved it and we would definitely stay there again!

Great house & location

Great location just steps to the beach. Lots of private deck space outdoors where you could see and hear the ocean. Walking distance to lots of food & beverage options. The house was well stocked, clean and very comfortable. I would recommend to others and stay here again!

Just Perfect!

What a wonderful week we had! Just steps from the beach! We walked the beach at least once a day, played frisbee, listened to the waves crash on the shore -We only ate out for one meal- we enjoyed family dining at the table- looking out at the ocean. The location is also a plus- easy to walk downtown.
