Why stay NEAR the beach when you can stay ON THE BEACH! Wake up to a full ocean view on a seven mile sandy beach! Enjoy this one bedroom condo's great views, private balcony, and fully furnished decorated living space, along with a full kitchen with dishwasher, and even including a washer and dryer! There is a very comfortable queen sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized pull out couch for additional sleeping in the living room. Walk to everything downtown Old Orchard Beach has to offer: Amusement park, restaurants, clubs, shopping, and the famous Pier. Downstairs is a bar/restaurant that features live bands seven days a week in the summer. On summer Thursday nights enjoy your front row seats for the weekly fireworks! Please note: NO CLEANING FEE!

What an amazing location! Walking distance to everything and steps away from the beach. It does get loud since the Swick is below especially on Friday and Saturday nights but nothing that the host didn’t already warn me about. We managed to bring our 16 month old on the trip and he slept through the noise (with white noise of course!). It was so nice to sit on the balcony listening to the music while he was napping/sleeping.

We had a great early May stay in OOB! Kevin communicated very well, the condo was well kept and clean, the view was top notch and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! One thing to note would be that the bar downstairs has live music on the weekends and it goes a little late. Didn’t bother us at all, but don’t be shocked when you hear it! We’d definitely stay here again… and we just might!!

We had a fantastic stay at the condo. Its beachfront location offered stunning ocean views that we enjoyed throughout our visit. The space was clean and provided more than enough room for our group of three adults to relax comfortably. The host was incredibly communicative and shared excellent local dining recommendations, which made our trip even more enjoyable.

The host is extremely responsive, and enjoyable to interact with. The condo itself is cozy and accommodating for us as a couple. It was winter time, but loved the views and sounds of the ocean. CLEAN - and yes, fabulous view. I love seeing a spotless coffee maker and refrigerator. It means everything is clean. Nice big balcony that is private from the neighbors. Comfortable bed. Roomy living room. Not cluttered. Nice artwork. If you are thereMemorial Day and through the summer, be prepared to hear music from the band on the ground floor. I enjoyed watching the people in the outdoor bar/restaurant, playing volleyball, and enjoying themselves. This is a happening place and location. Not good for those looking for quiet and solitude. Owner, Kevin, could not be more helpful - from instructions for arrival and access, to giving suggestions of places to go/eat. Do make sure you park only in your assigned parking spot. Parking is limited and can be a bit tight. My rental car was big and my own car is small - some challenges but very helpful people.
