We enjoyed the sunrise over the lake and the calmness of the water at night. Next time we want to fish and play on the water. We had business and work so we werent able to fully enjoyit. Awesome house spacious enough for large groups
This property worked great for us as we have a large family. There were enough beds for everyone which was great. Jeff did a great communicating with us and everything was super easy.
We loved the views of the lake and plan to return again next Fall.
We had a wonderful time at this cabin. The views can’t be beat. You could fall in the lake from the patio it was so close. We visited on a cold weekend but really enjoyed the wood fireplace. We used both the lakefront bedroom and the kitchen bedroom. The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable but the bedding and comforters were very nice! Kitchen was well appointed with everything you need. Loved the smart TVs too for night time. Great views from the dining room too which we enjoyed. A good size movie collection of all types of people. The layout would work great for larger groups as it’s 3 levels with tons of beds! The large skillet could do with replacing. The fridge was great, the pop and beer got so cold! No ice maker though which was a bummer. There are trays though. The only think I can think of that might have been nice is some USB ports for chargers and such especially in the bedroom and maybe some larger towels in the bathroom. Or just bring a robe. We contacted the owner once and he responded promptly (a tv issue resolved). Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Lots of sleeping space. Comfortable. Beautiful views! Love hearing the loons! Just plain relaxing.
There were neighbors working on things so there were leaf blowers, chain saws and even hammering but we understood that and we were just enjoying the time away.
This wonderful place had everything we needed and the house was very warm and cozy. We watched a movie, played games, went for a walk, and even went for a drive to Brainerd. It was the perfect place for us!
Great use of space and full of all the necessities! Wish we knew the lake was aerated right in front of the house (we had planned on walking out to the lake ice fishing), but we would stay again, especially in the summer!
Amazing value for the price. The cabin was clean, and had everything we needed. The location is great, and the view from the back porch is beautiful. There was a small mishap with the heating, but communication with the owner was prompt and he quickly and kindly fixed the issue for us. Would highly recommend!
We had a great stay at the property for our annual Fathers and Sons ice fishing trip. We have stayed arms several rentals in the area, and this was the best by far.
