Brand new remodel, fantastic 1 bedroom on Lake Shamineau.
Brand new remodel and fully furnished. 30 feet off of the water, and 2 blocks off of a fantastic local golf, drive your golf-cart right onto the fairway trail. Perfect for a couple to have a private getaway, or a small family with additional sleeping in the living room. Wake up right on the water and campfires at night looking across the lake at a private shoreline with no cabins built, owned by camp shamineau and provides a dark shoreline for star gazing! You don't even have to chop firewood. There are several places to dock your boat and trailers. Motley is only a 5 minute drive and a short 20 minute drive from brainerd lakes area. Shamineau offers bass, walleye, northern pike, black crappie, blue gill and muskie amongst other species. We also have a boat a 23' sunesta available for rent which seats 14 people.
