The Space:
Step on in and stay a while in the open floor plan that everyone loves. This home is beautifully decorated with soft whites and coastal hues.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve a delicious meal morning, noon & night.

Flat screen Smart TV's throughout the home allow you to login to your favorite app and never miss your show! =Free WiFi available to our guests.

All our rooms have additional linens, blankets & pillows. Bathrooms are stocked with bath towels, hand towels & wash cloths. Toiletries are by the luxurious brand Paya.

Enjoy the outdoors and catch some rays poolside! Lounge chairs, Umbrella & towels are provided for you. The BBQ grill is for your use as well (propane is maintained by guests), if you need assistance please let us know.

Perfect vacation

Great stay! We stayed in the same house last year. We do a two week rental. The outdoor space is amazing. Keith is very easy to work with and responds quickly. The house was very clean when we arrived. We will be back.

Great spot for our family.

The house was perfect for us (family of 5, three younger kids, and had to get out of Chicago and into a pool). Staff/owner was, overall, pretty responsive and even came through with some toilet paper and paper towels when it was sorely needed! We recommend the house for a short week to week and a half stay. The only downside was the neighborhood looked like it was “transitioning” a bit but we never felt unsafe. Location was otherwise solid. Not far from public beach and restaurants on 41. Pool was great, although the hot tub was not working when we were there. We didn’t miss it much. We’d rent again for sure.

Good location and nice property

Location is very good, house is spacious, pool/ deck area are perfect, and bedrooms/beds in excellent condition. Everything listed on the description is accurate, and all amenities are in great working condition. Nice touch with the 6 beach chairs and three umbrellas in the garage! Keith was quick to respond to a few inquiries. My only recommendation would be to provide a full propane tank for the outdoor grille. We will visit here again, and you won’t be disappointed if you select this home. It is a great space.

Pros: - House is beautifully decorated - Sitting/Patio area is wonderful - Location in reference to accessing area is convenient - House well-stocked to meet cooking and beach/pool needs - Addition of ceiling fans, garage, and laundry is much appreciated Cons: - Beds very uncomfortable - Pool/Spa not cleaned in between guests (both full of sand and personal items) - AC can not be lowered beyond 74 - Neighborhood hit and miss - Communication with property manager was not consistent or timely Tips when renting: - Trash cans and recycling containers are on the outside of the garage (to the right when looking at the garage) - You will need to supply any cleaning and laundry products (including dish soap and trashbags) - House has beach towels for beach and pool use - House has starter toilet tissue, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, and small bars of soap
