The 3 door slider that can be moved completely open leading to the covered launi that cascades into the HEATED POOL/HOT TUB area. this entirely screened in area is surrounded by PALMS TREES AND IS COMPLETLETY PRIVATE!! additionally available is the new gas grill. Each of the 3 bedrooms include ceiling fans and NEW large wall mounted FLAT SCREEN TV'S. separate utility room with fullsize washer and dryer along with wash basin. master suite includes and huge walk in closet and full size master bathroom with separate vanities, soaking tub and oversized shower. 2 bicycles, 4 beach chairs and a umbrella are also available for your use

We have enjoyed the property. The only things I will say are, it's definetly not a one minute walk to the beach ( like I thought ) and it sleeps 6. Not 8 and not 7, unless you go three deep in a bed. The pool is wonderful, there were too many rules for us to want to enjoy the hot tub.

My kids (adults) and I loved our stay at your home. We were super busy and weren't there all that much but everything was just as promised--we felt lovely privacy in the back with the pool protected by palm trees, beds were comfy and if we'd had the time, we'd have loved to use the beach pass to go to Vanderbilt Beach and try other lovely suggestions. Highly recommend--excellent location and nice spacious living area.

We had a wonderful time at this vacation home. The house was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. The pool was fantastic and quickly became one of our favorite parts of the stay. The hot tub was also excellent and perfect for relaxing after a day out.The location was great—very close to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and felt very safe.Overall, everything was exactly as described, and we had a great experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It is beautifully decorated, well equipped and great location. Many great restaurants close by and the state park beach is 5 minutes away and is just lovely. The pool and hot tub are icing on the cake. Highly recommend this vacation rental. It was the best!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay including the free beach pass. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available for our use. Location is excellent. The home is exactly as listed. We would be happy to stay again.

The location is excellent, the host was attentive and informative. The beds, sheets and bed covers were very old and need to be replaced. It was difficult to get a good nights sleep with the lumpy old mattresses. The master shower has mold and need to be addressed.Other than that it was a good experience.
