The Space:
The property is a house (essentially a duplex). This space is a newly remodeled apartment above the garage.

Welcome to our enchanting Asheville Mountain Oasis! This beautiful 1BR apartment, situated above the garage of our duplex rental, provides you and up to three additional guests the perfect backdrop for a serene mountain escape. Surrounded by the captivating landscape of Asheville, our cozy apartment offers the perfect mix of modern amenities, stylish furnishings, and a warm ambiance, creating a true home away from home. Step into the inviting open-plan living area, where you will find a plush sofa and a sleeper sofa, perfect for relaxing evenings watching your favorite Netflix shows on the flat-screen TV, or engaging in delightful conversation with your loved ones. The living area also boasts a dedicated workspace, ensuring you can comfortably stay connected during your getaway. Preparing your favorite meals is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Keurig coffee maker, selection of coffees and creamers, toaster, oven, stove, and all necessary cookware and utensils. Savor your delicious creations around the indoor dining table, or embrace alfresco dining on the charming front porch, enveloped by the soothing mountain atmosphere. Retreat to the peaceful bedroom, featuring a luxurious king-size bed, ample closet space, a dresser, and a second flat-screen TV with Netflix access. Fresh linens, towels, a hairdryer, and toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are thoughtfully provided to ensure a stress-free stay.

We do allow dogs but please note that we charge $20 per dog per night. Your pet fee will be requested on the morning of your check in. We ask that you keep the dogs off all the furniture and clean up all messes they make outdoors. We do reserve the right to charge an additional clean up fee of $50 per piece of furniture if there is evidence of the dog on couches, chairs or beds.

Guest Access:
Our lovely mountain oasis offers guests all the comforts and privacy they could desire. You'll have exclusive access to the entire apartment, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and comfortable bedroom. In addition, the rental includes a private parking space and private entrance for your convenience. Enjoy your evenings on the front porch with rocking chairs, taking in the breathtaking mountain views.

The Neighborhood:
Enjoy the safe, friendly, quiet, & peaceful neighborhood while still being minutes from Gerber Village, restaurants, shopping, groceries, movie theater, and more.

Getting Around:
Car is recommended. Uber/Lyft are good options too especially if you don't want to find parking downtown. I can also share the info of a local lady who drives around town and leaves her business cards at some of our rentals.

We strive to provide our guests with an unforgettable vacation experience. Whether you're visiting during the upcoming summer season or planning a getaway during an important holiday such as Independence Day, Labor Day, or Thanksgiving, our tranquil mountain retreat serves as the perfect home base for exploration. Please note that we charge a $20 pet fee per dog per night. Pets must be well behaved and are not allowed on furniture. Additional fees may apply for any damage or excessive cleaning required. Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is by 10 am. We have a convenient smart lock for self-check-in.
