3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Split Rock Pool and Hot tubs(for a fee) across the street up the stairs. FREE Long Distance and 25mb High speed WiFi Internet! If you like wildlife, the Deer are here and beautiful sunsets.

Sleeps 6 adults on beds and 2 more kids on the pull out sofa(more than 8 will forfeit your booking) . 50' Flat Screen TV with Home Theater System. Speaker system for playing your favorite tunes.. Vented Gas Fireplace. Large Covered porch/deck/balcony with a Gas Grill and chairs. Very private and cozy.

New wood floors, carpet, furniture, fixtures, counter tops, all new appliances, etc. The Condo Complex varies greatly in quality of the unit depending on the owner. Some have never been upgraded and some are 5 star.

No check in is required because their is a key lock box and you can park two vehicles right outside the condo. Linens are included in all rentals.

Attractions/Activities are Golf, Mountain Biking, Hiking, Fly Fishing. Kayaking, NRAO, Cass Scenic Railroad, Seneca Rocks and Blackwater Falls and of course Snowshoe!

This location is great spot for a big family or two small families. I’ve stayed in various locations around Snowshoe and this spot takes the cake. I usually struggle to sleep well but not a problem here. The main bedroom had a very comfortable bed.

We have been going to Snowshoe most my my life. I own a Log Cabin off the mountain and decided to purchase a condo on the mountain to have the best of both worlds. I also rent my Log Cabin VRBO 250515

Why they chose this property

Summit's location is great. It's close to everything yet secluded. Lots of wildlife right off o the balcony. Beautiful western sunsets of the mountains.

What makes this property unique

Great location right across the road from the Village. You can walk or take a shuttle, if you don't want to walk up the stairs to the Village. Cupp Run is a short 5 minute walk. Wildcat Provisions Grocery Store is very close also. Split Rock Pools is a short walk also.
DEER! Come see the deer. I can almost guarantee you will see a lots of Deer right off of the back balcony. They love to hang out at Summit.
