This location cannot be beat and it comes with a parking space. The walk to Church Street is about 5 minutes and the walk to Waterfront Park is less than 20 minutes. We lucked out and had gorgeous weather for our weekend in Vermont.This apartment is great for 2 couples or maybe a small family.

Nice property in a good location, within walking distance to a great farmers market, lots of good restaurants and shops as well as the waterfront. WiFi was a bit spotty and slow which was a little frustrating, and the assigned parking spot was a bit tight for a SUV(at least we had a hard time getting in and out of it), but overall it was a nice place to stay.

Very clean and comfy spot. Went with three girls and had a great girls weekend. We loved walking for coffee at Brio Coffee and dinner at Hen of the Wood. Great location! Beautiful bike ride on flat trail around Lake Champlain (we got to without needing a car) and although very difficult, enjoyed amazing views on Camels hump hike. Thanks for a great stay!

Property was perfect for our needs. Location, parking, 2 bedrooms, full kitchen were all great! Would suggest that the microwave be moved to the counter between the stove & the sink as it's too high (dangerous) on top of the fridge for many to easily reach. (Or add a small movable center island to place it upon.) Property would have been perfect except for the living room smart (?) TV. We could NOT get our screen share from either our Android, iPhone or Windows laptop to work nor use our DirecTV app. That was diappointing as we wanted to watch a WNBA game on both nights from a screen larger than the one in the bedroom or from my laptop. It was still our favorite rental out of 4 on our trip.
