About this property

Gulf views and Intracoastal views - steps to beach. Elevator for easy access.

No damage from hurricane helene. This stilt home has amazing views from the front balcony of the Gulf. While off the back deck you enjoy viewing the mangrove trees and intracoastal waterway. Walk through your own nature reserve to the private dock on the intracoastal.

Our home is pet friendly, but please note there is an additional fee for cleaning up the additional pet hair.

The home has granite counter tops in the kitchen and stainless steel Samsung appliances.

The home has 2 large bedrooms. Master bathroom with queen size bed and a master bathroom with shower. Guest bedroom with 2 full size beds. Main bathroom has a tub/shower. Outdoor shower to rinse off when you get back from the beach.

Large open floor plan living room, dining room and kitchen with cathedral ceilings.

Elevator to easily get up to the living space. Off-street parking for 2 vehicles.

The beach is 200 steps away and you can watch your friends surf from the front deck of the home.

Take a walk through nature as you stroll to the fishing dock on the intracoastal, or launch your own kayak and explore the intracoastal, dolphin watch and bird watch.

We are a short walk to the Green Iguana where you can rent bikes and kayaks.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave the house in a neat state.
Please ensure you are putting out trash cans and recycling cans the prior night to the pickup day.
Cleaning fee is for 4 hrs of cleaning. If home is left is such a disarray additional cleaning is required than an additional cleaning fee will be requested.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Cleaning fee is 4 hours of cleaning-washing sheets/towels, making the beds, and washing the floors. Addtl fee will be chgd if longer cleaning is reqd.

We had a couple of challenges, but the owner is very responsive to any issues that happen with this property. We have stayed here before, and will definitely stay again. The house is always very clean, it’s a great location, and is very comfortable.

Stilt house

This was a perfect place to vacation. It was immaculately clean, the furniture and bedding were comfortable. It had an amazing view of the gulf which was just steps away. Highly recommend Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Place to stay

The stilt house is in the perfect location with spectacular views of the gulf and waterway. It is well equipped to made our stay comfortable and relaxing. It was very clean and the elevator was a bonus. It is close to several restaurants. We are very pleased with stay here and would recommend it to others.

Could not ask for more and the price was very competitive, the weather was very cold but that couldn’t be helped, great place to stay, the elevator was a bit tricky

We loved the water views. Awesome to sit on the deck and watch the sunset. Loved the easy beach access. Walked to DJ’s Clam Shack (as seen on Diners, Drive ins and Dives). Very comfortable stay.

Perfect location with beautiful views of the sunrises over the intercoastal and sunsets over the Gulf and all of the amenities needed for fun in the sun! We had this spot booked for a whole year in advance because we know the area well and it was perfectly located & dog friendly. Karen was an amazing host, the home had everything we needed and was located near to some of our favorite restaurants on the strip. Loved our stay - already planning our return.

The stilt house is located in a perfect spot. Beach access was less than half a block and across the street….perfect! The house was clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed and more The house is very dog friendly. Highly recommend.

The ability to have 2 homes on one property with access to the Gulf and a private dock on the intracoastal was something we could not pass up. The elevated stilt house has amazing views of the intracoastal and unencumbered views of the Gulf.
