Casa Osvalda is a characteristic and welcoming independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps two people. From Casa Osvalda you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. Casa Osvalda is 40 square meters (430 square feet). It features a private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, roughly 5 km (3.1 miles) from Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops, the SITA bus stop, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, a grocery store at 200 meters (660 feet) and the stop for the local bus at 200 meters (660 feet).
You will reach Casa Osvalda from the parking area along a public walkway that includes approximately 110 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Osvalda. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 300 meters (330 yards), along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

Tourist tax, paid locally: From April 1 to October 31: EUR 2.50 per person per night. Guests aged under 10 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 100 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Terrace
The terrace is 9 square meters (97 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast and of the coastline.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include a small sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a arched window with a broad view of the sea and of the valley below, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Half bath
The half-bath is small and equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the living room going down 16 steps.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the corridor. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
