Book now for spring & summer! Oceanfront Villa w/Pool, A/C and Concierge

Perfect for your honeymoon or family vacation, Villa Paradise is situated on an oceanfront cliff, offering privacy and awe-inspiring views of Pigeon Island, Rodney Bay, the Caribbean Sea, and Martinique (on a clear day). The villa is convenient to the restaurants and nightlife in Castries, Gros Islet and Rodney Bay. Getting out on the water, touring the Pitons, mud baths, chocolate factory, botanical garden and all of St. Lucia`s other natural attractions can all be arranged by our fabulous concierge team.

Our large outdoor living spaces (covered and uncovered) are well-appointed with chaise loungers, two dining tables, a grill, a fire pit, and a fabulous infinity edge pool. Inside, you’ll find a nicely-decorated living space and three air-conditioned king bedrooms. Please note the main living area is open air and cooled by the trade winds and not AC. AC is considered a luxury in St. Lucia and we are happy to be able to provide it in the bedrooms.

The master suite takes up the entire third floor, with a walk-in closet, a make-up area, and a large en-suite, with both indoor and outdoor showers. The two bedrooms on the lower floor have private balconies with ocean views. Both set up as king bedrooms, and one can be set up as two twins, if requested. They share the bathroom between them. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room if needed, but the living room does not have AC.

The fully equipped kitchen features a gas range, an oven, a refrigerator, a small beverage refrigerator, a dishwasher, a wine cooler, and a microwave oven. The kitchen is provisioned to enable you to cook for yourself, or hire a private chef to do the cooking for you!

Villa Paradise is within walking distance of two beautiful and very different beaches. Trouya Beach, a small cove beach where the locals come and play on the weekends, is just a short 10 minute walk from Paradise. During the week, you may just have the beach all to yourselves!

If you`re after a professionally maintained beach, the beach at the nearby Windjammer Resort is a 15 minute walk away. A day pass can be purchased and is required if you intend to use their beach chairs and swimming pools. Not necessary, however, if you elect to take the beach chairs we provide for you at Villa Paradise. All beaches in St. Lucia are part of the King`s Chain, and all are available for public use.

Almost more amazing than the villa is Esie, your concierge! She will be there to make sure your stay is everything you want it to be and more. Before your arrival, be sure to contact Esie about:

Airport transfers....via land shuttle, helicopter, or ferry (highly recommend ferry or airport transfer.)

I can`t stress the importance of purchasing an airport transfer through Esie or taking the sea ferry and NOT renting a car for your trip up to the Villa and back to the airport. Roads aren`t great and directions are even worse. It is very easy to get lost. Once you get to Villa Paradise and get your bearings, if you feel you need a rental car, Esie can organize that for you. But few of our guests choose to do that. Most tour groups come right to the front door, and Esie can arrange for your transportation any where you want to go on the island.

Esie will be in touch with you, or you may contact her directly once your reservation is set up. She is the BEST and can set you up with just about anything you would like to do to make your visit to St. Lucia your own unique experience.

Beautiful Villa

Kevin was a very helpful host, easy to communicate with and provided lots of useful information about St Lucia, what is available to do on the island. The villa is a prefect place for a relaxing get away.

Gorgeous Water Views

Beautiful property, loved the layout with numerous outdoor seating options. Cleaning ladies were there until past 8pm so we had delayed use of the property the first day. Highly recommend the location is perfect!

Villa Paradice

Very pleasant and relaxing stay at Villa Paradice. The views were spectacular, the pool was fabulous, and the service of the property manager (Esie) was without compare. The home was very clean and property landscape was beautiful. Thanks for hosting us!

Beautiful villa, well looked after.

Spectacular view over Rodney Bay. The concierge Esie was brilliant and looked after us so well. Had the chef in one night to cook a mix of local dishes for us and the food was amazing, not cheap but would definitely recommend. Only regret was not staying longer.

Relaxing in Paradise

We had such a wonderful backyard Villa Paradise. The views are breathtaking. My family and I needed a relaxing break and this is what we got. Our concierge went above and beyond to ensure that we would fondly remember all our experiences at the villa and on the island as a whole.

Fabulous perfection at Villa Paradise

Wow- what an impressive, beautiful property. Everything we could have ever hoped or dreamed of. The concierge, Esie and her partner Sam made us feel right at home and worked so hard to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The sea breezes never ceased and the view over Rodney Bay were breathtaking. You will want to book your stay here- you won’t regret, in fact, you’ll never want to leave!

Perfect experience

The property was amazing! Esie and Sam got us where we needed to go or were able to line us up rides to any destinations. They were there for anything and everything we needed including groceries, suggestions on excursions, lining up a private chef. I think now our group is going to be spoiled with the treatment we received. We may just have to come back next year! :) highly recommend. Thank you!

Amazing house and island

We are a family of 5, with three teenage boys. We all absolutely loved the house, the set up was perfect for us. The open concept was great, and then having a/c in the rooms was awesome. We couldn't have been taken of better by Esie, she helped us with everything from a flat tire to a dinner reservations! Always happy to help and very responsive. The island had so much to do with the kids, we enjoyed the zip lining, ATVs, segways, and jet skiing. Overall, it was a vacation we'll always remember! Thanks you Kevin and Esie!

Wow factor villa

We had seen the photos, but still ran around the property so excited because it looks even nicer in reality! Esie and Sam were absolute superstars looking after us and giving the extra touches to ensure our stay was perfect- thank you so much. Amazing views, lovely pool, fire pit, comfy beds…everything you could want. My only very slight downside was that check in was 3 and the cleaners didn’t leave until 6 so we lost one afternoon and were only there for a weekend so felt a bit cheated. But they were so nice we couldn’t complain! Thank you so much for a brilliant stay! Top tips- definitely go to Naked Fisherman for lunch and swimming. Best food and cocktails we had in 2 weeks and a gorgeous little cove.

Great time at Villa Paradise

We had a wonderful time at Villa Paradise. The villa is as shown and did not disappoint. It was hot and the rainy season so there were bugs but to be expected. The view was amazing and we enjoyed our beach days at Windjammer. Kevin's communication from start to finish was great. Definitely recommend Fun to Sea Ferry airport transfer it was recommended and we had a blast. Esie and Sam were phenomenal. We relied on them for everything and they are the highlight of the villa. They have a beautiful daughter who we had the privilege of spending a day at the beach with and is the same age as our son. We had a wonderful trip and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Lives up to the hype

My husband and I booked this villa for our honeymoon almost a year in advance. To say our stay lived up to our expectations would be an understatement. From the moment we booked we had a full breakdown of the property by the owner Kevin and he put us in touch with the property manager Essie. Essie provides a wealth of information and made all our arrangements leading up to the trip streamlined. Upon getting to the villa the pictures don’t do the place justice. The views from each room were astounding. I can’t speak highly enough about Kevin, Essie and Sam with the level of care and thoughtfulness they provided. If we are ever lucky enough to come back this is where we would stay again! Our honeymoon was one for the record books and I will always be eternally grateful for this memory!

Great property

Echoing prior comments, the villa is an absolutely fantastic property with views that are even better in person. And the local manager Esie is phenomenal, offering help in any way possible. I would add a couple words of caution though re a DIY villa stay in St Lucia (and I have been to multiple other islands): > Driving is a big challenge, especially the pervasive potholes not to mention the sometimes super narrow roads which Google offers no help to avoid. I have never seen potholed roads that were so bad - the radio station even had a contest for the worst pothole on the island while we were there! > Apart from the villa's pool, there is little to do within walking distance and accessible+nice beaches w/in 20 min drive are limited. Some can even be taken over for private cruise functions. If we go again, we will definitely explore day passes to resorts although not sure if these are available.

Million dollar view….with a pool

We are a Canadian family of 6 (all adults) who rented Villa Paradise for two weeks. We loved the entire villa, from our morning coffee out watching the sailboat’s going by. To BBQ’ing hamburgers in the afternoon and playing a game under the covered area away from the intense sun. The infinity pool is awesome and I took great pictures of our family looking over into the abyss. The Friday night street party is a must, great food and lots of dancing to be had. Plus lots of rum to be drank!! We did lots of tours, Zipline, Rum & chocolate tours. Mud baths and waterfall tour, hiked around pigeon island & saw Fort Rodney, and signal hill. Snorkelling tour and a catamaran boat ride. Do not hesitate to rent this villa good for us 6 adults and would be great for families too. Plenty of seats to sit and relax or sleep, plenty of under covered area if you don’t want the sun. The villa has a amazing spiral staircases from the basement to the top floor. Many balconies to sit and relax and have quite time off you want to read. Great villa with a MILLION DOLLAR VIEW! We will be back!!

Location, Location, Location

What a view! This property has views that are amazing. Lots of outdoor living space. Great BBQ. We enjoyed our stay, the only issue we had was that there are no bathrooms on the main level. For seniors this was a problem for us. There are 2 bathrooms, both accessible by going up or down a closed in spiral staircase with several steps (over 10). One travel partner uses a cane and it was difficult for her. I found it difficult as well. You can not get access to Windjammer during the day if the resort is full, so check with Esie. We were unable to go. You can go down for dinner in the evening. You can hear some noise later in the night from the catamaran party boats and some music noise from the resorts near buy as it travels across the water. Great selection of TV channels. We enjoyed watching the large yachts and some of the smaller cruise ships coming into the harbour to moor. We enjoyed the pool. I would recommend this Villa.

Truly the perfect “Paradise” vacation!

Our family is leaving today and we could stay forever! From the moment we booked a year ago Kevin offered very helpful information and then we connected with Esie! There are truly no words for what a wonderful help and resource she is! She does absolutely everything to ensure you stay in “vacation mode!” We rented a car and after adjusting to the narrow, bumpy roads and driving on the opposite side on the way in from the airport it was so convenient and easy to drive. The villa sits in a secluded area so having a car was nice. We spent mornings on the patio by the pool, afternoons swimming and tanning and evenings by the fire on the patio! We went walked to the beach near the villa one day and loved it and went to the windjammer one day for the beach. Esie arranged all of our excursions and dinner reservations which made it so much easier! She had a car pick up up for two excursions and we drove ourselves to the ones closer by the villa. We rode horses, did drive and fly, scuba diving and massages at the windjammer. The last day we drove to pigeon island and hiked both peaks later in the afternoon. The villa was in the perfect location to easily get to all of these things! Dinner at Matthew’s, Spice of India, Spinnakers, Key Largo, The Naked Fisherman and Embers was great and all were recommended by Kevin and Esie! Truly the most wonderful resources for any questions you have! You won’t find a more relaxing location with a better view than Villa Paradise! And there is no way you will find a more fabulous homeowner than Kevin and concierge than Esie! We had a wonderful time!

Property true to photos

The house has beautiful views and the breeze throughout the first floor is spectacular! Esie, is real and is beyond amazing. She told me she was my new St.Lucia BFF when I arrived, by the end of the trip I upgraded her to my St. Lucian “Fairy God Mother”, our ever wish was her command! She truly made EVERYTHING happen. Don’t hesitate to have her set EVERYTHING up. Don’t worry about an airport transfer, have Essie arrange your pick up. It will be Sam, her husband. Delightful and so knowledge about the island and it’s history. I would not recommend a car. The roads and the driving is a bit chaotic. Esie arranges pick up forever thing, she even drove us places, which took even more stress off our plate while being in a foreign country. Try the Windjammer for the day. Food is good and the sail boat water sport is a must!! Esie also arranged for a couples sunset massages poolside. Spend the money, it’s equal to the states and her girls are professional and absolutely wonderful masseuses! You will not be disappointed. We also did a sunset, snorkel catamaran that Esie helped to arrange. Lovely evening on the water. The only thing that was a challenge for me was the master bath. The house has AC for a cooler night time sleep, which is nice. The only thing I personally didn’t like was the master has a shower with open air windows which allows for bugs to come in. There is a door that closes off to the sleeping quarters, which helps, but I am very sensitive to bug bites and I returned with over 32 bites. With that being said, it is Caribbean open air lifestyle, which makes your stay amazing. So I still gave it 5 stars, but this was just a personal issue for me. If it would be for you, I would encourage you to wear your bug spray if you are prone to bites. They do graciously have some at the house if you need it. :) Thank you Kevin for sharing your beautiful home with us and most importantly Esie for all you did to make our stay at the house a true Paradise! Book your stay, you will not regret meeting your new St. Lucian Fairy God Mother making your every wish come true!!

Lives up to its name!

My family of 4 had an amazing time at VP last week. Could not recommend it more. First off, the pictures do not lie. The villa itself is incredible and the outside space even better. The views are truly something to behold. Especially loved how you could open the big shutters to the kitchen area, for easy access to food and beverage from poolside. The layout of the villa is very unique with its spiral staircase in the center, and having the master suite upstairs and two matching bedrooms for our teenage kids downstairs (main level between) was ideal for us, to give everyone their own sense of privacy when needed. The pool is fairly small, but deep and wide enough to swim a few laps if you want. The water was pretty brisk during our stay, but imagine it would be much warmer in the late spring or summer months. I can't really imagine not having a rental car, given the location is pretty isolated. There is a small beach within walking distance, about 1/4 mile down the road, and the Windjammer resort is a further 1/2 mile or so, which has a much larger beach as well as pool, bar and 5+ restaurants (we ate at two of them, both good enough). However, apart from that you couldn't really walk anywhere and I certainly wouldn't venture out on the "main" road on a bicycle or motorbike unless you wouldn't mind a traumatic brain injury while on vacation! That said, if you're cool with driving on the left side of the road, on narrow and often treacherous roads in serious disrepair, then go for it. We did, and lived to tell the tale! My wife might disagree but I rather enjoyed it. Only a 10 minute drive to Rodney Bay (Reduit Beach, Massey's grocery store, many many restaurants, etc.) and another 10 or so all the way to Pigeon Island. Not sure if it's mentioned, but the property has a local host named Esie, who is the absolute best. She responds almost instantly, day or night, and can fix you up with just about anything, from meal/grocery delivery to tours and activities. Huge perk. There are only a few negatives to VP that I can think of, keeping in mind that the positives FAR OUTWEIGH them: -- No bathroom on the main level -- The road up to the villa is very narrow and rough in places, so if you do get a car highly suggest an SUV or jeep -- It's a decent hike from the airport (UVF), about 1.5-2 hrs -- Can get quite windy up there, especially at night (but feels great) -- Water pressure is not great, partly because all the showers are rainfall style

DREAM HOUSE!

This house was advertised true to the video and descriptions of this oasis! It was everything I had dreamed of and more. Every room in the house had an unobstructed view of the Caribbean Ocean! I kid you not....The outdoor patio was amazing and spacious with comfortable seating, gorgeous infinity pool, firepit and the convenience to bbq n the grill! I woke every morning at sunrise and would just sit outside on the patio to see the heavenly view of St. Lucia with the sun rising on the horizon, absolutely breathtaking! Having a Concierge Service with this house is a wonderful amenity and Esie took very good care of us and the endless praises for her for all she did for us! Kevin the property owner is very accommodating, quick to respond and such a pleasure to deal with. This was truly one of my top vacations! You will not want to leave once you here, it was so hard to say good-bye! But we'll definitely be back soon! Villa Paradise is truly a paradise....

Breathtaking views, incredible experience. 💛

We feel really fortunate to have stayed at Villa Paradise. The view on it's own makes this stay worth it. It is a beautiful, unique and quirky home with a stunning pool, wonderful outdoor space and great beds, bedding etc. The appliances, bbq, firepit, stove etc. are new and clean and work well. The living spaces are clean and cozy and every room boasts an incredible view. One thing that we never got used to were the spiral steps, but they added a great charm to the home. The location is wonderful We enjoyed our walks down to Truya beach and to the Windjammer Resort beach, where we went every day by foot. We met some lovely neighbours and felt perfectly safe and welcome in the location. There are lots of sweet dogs along the walk who keep you company - their barks are WAY bigger than their bite. We enjoyed being able to get around by foot to the beaches and because we were here during a lockdown we didn't really have anywhere to go other than the grocery store. The upstairs outdoor shower is to die for... And of course, I couldn't leave a review for Villa Paradise without mentioning Kevin, Essie and her family. Kevin called us the minute we booked and made us feel special and welcome. Super communicative and friendly. Essie had a daughter the same age as our son and kindly set up a few playdates. This was so kind and made our stay so wonderful. It would have been very lonely without visits from Essie and her beautiful family. On top of making us feel so welcome Essie is an absolutely rockstar - she is so kind, honest and helpful. Anything we needed she was one step ahead. We didn't feel like we were being nickeled and dimed - like we felt everywhere else we stayed on the island. We felt like she genuinely wanted us to have a wonderful time, and we did. Thank you Essie - you are the best!

I am thrilled and honored to have you come visit our vacation home, Villa Paradise, in St. Lucia. We purchased the villa based on the views and location, but it needed a lot of work. We found an expert contractor, Jamie Kyle of Kyle Construction, and a year and a half later, here we are! Everything in the villa is new....floors, roof, ceilings, bathrooms, electrical, plumbing, swimming pool, pool deck, appliances, countertops, and furnishings. Truly a labor of love. We hope you appreciate it as much as we do!

Full access to the Windjammer resort and all its amenities, only 1/2 mile up the road, with the purchase of a meal. Beautiful resort with a gorgeous beach, swimming pools, bars, and restaurants. If resort life is not your style, walk down to Trouya Beach, about 10 minutes from your front door step. Enjoy the local hangout! The Rodney Bay Marina and all of its shops and restaurants is only a 10 minute drive.
