SEA CLIFF VILLA - A very special plantation style villa with spectacular views of the Caribbean sea + stunning sunsets to enjoy on the spacious verandas. This high end villa + cottage can sleep 10 guests comfortably. Every bedroom has ensuite bathroom.

The villa, recently renovated with a Caribbean minimalistic plantation style, has gorgeous decore and tropical fabrics throughout, Luxurious quilts on the beds, veranda décor and views to write home about. There is newness and warmth throughout.

Once you confirm your stay at Sea Cliff, your host will recommend communication using Whattsapp where she can easily send lots of information on the villa, places to go and answer your many questions you may have. It is how you will communicate whilst on island using wifi - it makes things much easier.

A few days before your arrival in St Lucia your host will forward a Sea Cliff house manual video to help you to know how things work in the villa along with details of your airport transfers.

Transfers airport to villa and return are complimentary. You will be met at the airport by our designated driver who on arrival at the villa, will assist with keys providing concierge check in.
Any additional guests arriving later during the week you may arrange pick up with our driver who will offer a reasonable rate.

Christmas Bookings
We accept dates which include the full week (minimum 7 nights) for Christmas, eg. December 22 – 27/28 and from Dec 27/28 thereafter.

We do not accommodate Carnival bookings.

We accept bookings for 7 days to 2 weeks throughout the year. Please send us a request for a longer stay. We do not offer discounts. Our rates are based on 6 guests in the main house. Additional fees apply for 7 - 10 guests accommodated comfortably with the additional use of the Cottage.

Sea Cliff offers the availability of a private Chef for any combination of breakfast, lunch and dinners. Please inquire on rates and availability and we recommend booking early so not to be disappointed.

The main house sleeps 6 comfortably. Our charmimg Cottage is situated a few steps away from the main house is available to groups of 7 - 10 guests.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are a group of 6 or less and on arrival you decide you wish to use the Cottage, the Cottage rate is an additional fee of US$40 per person per night. The Cottage sleeps 4. There is a minimum charge of $560 for the use of the Cottage for a week based on 2 guest occupancy. If you request the use of the Cottage on arrival at the villa the Cottage fee will have to be paid through an immediate adjustment to your number of guests booked with Vrbo.

Location: It couldn't be more perfect. Situated on the north side of the Vigie Peninsular, Sea Cliff is in a quiet, private, secure residential area. You are 20 minutes drive away to the north of the island. Vigie beach is just a 10/15 minute walk. The villa is in a very safe upscale residential area with an active neighborhood watch with security patrols.

"Your home is so beautiful and everything was absolutely perfect. We couldn't imagine driving all around this gorgeous island or keeping this home tidy without the help of the villa team. Everyone on the island has been so welcoming. The piece de resistance was the day tour with the designated vilpa driver down the west coast to Soufriere. He taught us about the history of the island, politics, cultivating bananas, and showed us cinnamon trees, papayas, coffee , sugar apple, pineapple and so many other treasures growing along the route. We snorkeled at Hummingbird beach, rejuvenated in the black mineral mud baths and washed off in the waterfall. We couldn't have asked for a better week. A day or half day on the water with your very own private chartered powerboat or catamaran with captain and hostess. A day on the water is our #1 choice for guests.

2. Choosing to use our very own taxi driver for your week is booked by guests who don't want to drive. This personal taxi service is very popular. Inquire with your host on rates. If you decide to rent a vehicle we have an excellent recommendation for you.

3. A MUST DO!!!
A special private chef evening, or delicious lazy breakfast or lunch or all three at your very own private villa with an incredible Chef awaits you. Your host will provide full details and rates on booking confirmation.

4. For our hiking guests, we can recommend a private rainforest guide to hike in the rainforest to see stunning waterfalls, give you a real local sightseeing experience, and fill you with lots of knowledge of the rainforest.

5. Wellness at Sea Cliff: Our very own highly sort after masseur can provide the most stunning massages on a deck with gentle sea breezes and flora all around for 60 or 90 minutes - your choice.

MAIN HOUSE DETAILS
Bedrooms x 3 all with en suite bathrooms

The Master Bedroom: King bed - ceiling fans and AC - ensuite bathroom with double glass sinks, large shower. There is a walk out deck with chairs to relax, steps to the garden and pathway to the pool.

1st Bedroom - King bed or we can convert the room to 2 even 3 single beds - good cupboard space - ceiling fan and AC. Double louvered doors with walk out to small covered veranda area - great view. This bedroom has an ensuute bathroom.

2nd Bedroom - Sun's Room: Queen bed - good cupboard space - ceiling fan and AC, double louvered doors. Ensuite bathroom/shower.

Guest powder room located off of the kitchen: toilet and sink.

All bedrooms and the lounge inside dining area & the Cottage are mosquito screened.

The Cottage is adorable, cozy and comfy. Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite bathroom. Delightful sofa seating area and a desk if needed. 2nd bedroom: Queen bed with ensuite bathroom.

The Cottage is located a few steps from the main house - there is an access door from the inner entrance area of the main house to the cottage. The Cottage is never rented separately.

Pools
Not one but two! Deck chairs with cushions.

Verandas
Two spacious verandas which we simply refer to as the Top and the Bottom Verandas which offer outside dining and seating experience to capture the incredible sea views. Both verandas are covered.

Kitchen
Spacious, fully equipped kitchen – marble counter tops, amazing gas oven/stove, coffee machine, blender, kettle. The kitchen flows into a seating area with comfy chairs perfect for that morning read.

Board Games: Good choice of Monopoly, Risk, Scrabble, Cards and few others to enjoy family time.

Laundry Room
The laundry is our housekeepers domain where she handles all the villa linens for laundry during your stay along with personal laundry if you wish - services all included. There are two washing machines and both inside and outside laundry lines. With the warm Caribbean fresh air dryers are not a necessity. There is a store room where beach towels etc. are kept.

Our housekeepers work Monday - Friday - hours depend on workload. Please contact the host if you wish a bit more no staff time - note that guests are usually out on excursions most days.

Security
Electric gates secure the entrance to the property. Private security patrol is in place for the Vigie area with an active Neighborhood Watch program. The house has its own alarm system monitored by a private security company.

*Hairdryers are available in each bedroom.
* Large Barbecue
* Drinking Water: In an effort to reduce plastic bottles use we have installed two standing water filters with large water bottles supplied by the villa so there is no need to buy water.
*A basket of local fruit is complimentary on arrival.
*If you are arriving on a Sunday we can have French baguettes/sliced ham/lettuce and tomatoes, juice and coffee, breakfast items available for your arrival.
Our driver will make a stop at the supermarket on the way up from the airport. A supermarket is located at GW Mall 10 mins from the villa and the better one with greater choice Massey GL is located at the Baywalk Mall.
