Old barn at the top of a south facing chalet overlooking the village,
(9 seater vehicle 4/4 has available) very quiet, on a property of 18 000m2, ski slopes at 800m, ski can you go down the fields in 2 min walk in 8 min.
To go up (private access road quite steep) so 12 min walk or drive to 3 min. In love with calm, this is the ideal chalet to spend beautiful moments with family or friends. Incredibly equipped kitchen including 2 appliances squeegee and pierrade and 2 appliances fondue, 2 fridges, 1 freezer, 2 dishwashers. Evening and birthday tolerated in the atmosphere meal laugh and reasonable music, "night club atmosphere prohibited" Total area: 150m2 1st nvx: 4 rooms of + 15m2, 1 dormitory 3 double beds 5 bathrooms 6wc, 90m2 2em nvx: kitchen / dining room dining / living room / fireplace with wood available. Terrace 50M2 private and without vis-à-vis to enjoy the panorama south full summer. In winter, the children finish their descent on the terrace facing the lounge. ideal to keep them in the eye.
NO Wifi is a choice, because the turn is better (forest, nature, mountain) then stop the waves for ourselves and our children and place to other occupations, it's time to disconnect

Beautiful Chalet

We were a group of 9 People, the Chalet is spacious, cozy and has everything you need for a calm, relaxing vacation. Seb was very friendly and easy to contact. Perfect for skiing, hiking and relaxing.

Superbe chalet à la clusaz

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end chez Sébastien, dans un chalet très propre et avec une qualité d'équipement rare et parfaite pour un grand groupe. Le chalet est magnifique et la voiture prêtée était très utile. Sébastien nous a également rendu un grand service en venant nous récupérer, à la gare, merci encore pour cela ! Seul petit bémol le sauna était en panne, ce qui peut arriver et que nous comprenons, mais nous aurions aimé le savoir un petit peu plus tôt qu'au moment de l'entrée dans les lieux :) Autrement tout était très bien, merci pour votre accueil !

Séjour entre Annecy et La Clusaz - Septembre 2023

Super séjour dans un chalet fidèle à la description. Que ce soient les chambres, les salles de bain, la pièce à vivre, la terrasse ou le Sauna, tout est fidèle et très quali. Simple découverte, le chalet n'est pas indépendant, il est habité au rez de chaussée, mais on peut y vivre de façon 100% autonome. La vue est splendide, proche des randonnées, des stations de ski et à 50min du lac d'Annecy. Je recommande

Chalet magnifique Deco top

Les chambres sont magnifiques, le dortoir confortable. Nous avons pris tous nos repas au chalet, la cuisine est comme le reste, très bien aménagée Les plus : le sauna et le van à disposition. Nous avons visité le musée du ski et du reblochon: très intéressant. Nous reviendrons!

Un séjour parfait dans un chalet très haut de gamme avec tous les Équipements. Rien ne manquait ! Superbe qualité de prestation avec une rénovation au top cote déco et avec des matériaux très nobles.
