Villa Lacustre is a characteristic and welcoming two-story villa in the characteristic style of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Lacustre you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery. Villa Lacustre is 185 square meters (1990 square feet). It features a private swimming pool and a private jacuzzi pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 4.5 km (2.8 miles) from San Casciano in Val di Pesa, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Firenze - San Casciano Val di Pesa line at 1 km (roughly 0.6 miles). You will reach Villa Lacustre from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Lacustre you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. Please note that access to Villa Lacustre is along a 1 kilometer (0.6 miles) unpaved road.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long. The area is equipped with chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and a gazebo. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and of the garden. The pool is open all year round, although it is not heated.
Patio
The patio is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It features an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with six seats. It is partly shaded by imposing trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and a gazebo. In the patio you will find a children's playground. Moreover you will also find a ping pong table. Here you will also find a wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the garden and of the swimming pool.
Garden
The garden is 300 square meters (3230 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by century-old trees. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery.
Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include two single divan beds. Here you will find a pool table. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels) and a DVD player. The room has a window with a view of the patio.
Living Room 2
You will be able to enter the second living room from the first living room or from the corridor. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a big fireplace made of bricks. In this room you will find a CD player. The room has a window with a view of the patio.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen through a corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a satellite television (local channels). From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room also has three high windows.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it through a corridor. First FloorBedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window with a view of the greenery, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 4
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom through an access area. It has two wrought iron twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window with a view of the greenery, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the through a corridor.

The second bathroom is tiled with lucid pink majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the climbing 15 steps.
