About this property

Close to it all, clean, safe and updated. A short walk to the beach and action.

Clean, safe and Quite home in a great location in Deerfield beach. . just a few feet from the cove shopping center with all its wonderful restaurants/bars and less then a block to the Hillsboro bridge to the beach. clean, safe and updated. 3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds. 1 bath with a tub full kitchen, outdoor space, central ac with lots of free off street parking. Deerfield beach also offers a free shuttle to all the amazing places near the pier or you could always walk.
We supply all the bedding and linens, full kitchen with kitchenware. Beach chairs and towels also provided. We also have pack and plays, high chair and kids toys if needed.

Communication with owner was excellent. Very considerate of our concerns. Loved walking up to the restaurants by the Intracoastal. Beach was very close. Rooms at our rental were very nice sizes and so was the kitchen. Totally recommend this rental.

Amazing location

I have amazing experience. I was there with my wife her pare and my kids. Plenty room for everyone, full kitchen. Nice neighborhood, walking distance to the beach.Free Shuttle service to the beach as well. One of the best communication with the host. We definitely coming back!!!

Honoring My Late Uncle

The property was perfect for myself & my family member. Within walking distance of literally everything (e.g., Publix, restaurants, night-life & the beach). In addition, the property manager was extremely accommodating. The residence was clean, private, and in a very quiet neighborhood. Highly Recommend!

Winter Retreat

We stayed in Dan's property for 3 weeks. This property is located in The Cove on the other side of the bridge from Deerfield Beach. It turned out to be a great location. Walkable to The Cove shopping Center, which feels a bit older but they are bringing new business into the plaza. Great Cuban cafe and another new coffee shop as well. If you prefer Starbucks that is walkable too. We preferred being on this side of the bridge. Quick drive to the beach with plenty of parking. If choose to walk, that is doable as well, if you aren't carrying a lot. This property is a duplex but the other unit is on another street. Separate Driveways. Felt as if we had our own house. Dan is a very responsive host and wants his guests to be comfortable. Unit is as described and pictured. If visiting Deerfield Beach don't hesitate to stay here, you will be very comfortable. Enjoy!
