This lakeside townhome, situated in a quiet neighborhood, is centrally located within 18 miles from the world class resorts of Aspen and Snowmass, less than a mile of Whole Foods, restaurants and shops, and near many outdoor activities. Ideally located between Aspen and Glenwood Springs, this home is the ultimate mountain getaway!

THE SPACE This nicely appointed townhome features hardwood floors, granite countertops, new furnishings, flat screen TVs and unobstructed lake and mountain views! The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal and the dining area comfortably seats 8. In warmer months, unwind and enjoy evenings dining on the deck with amazing lake and mountain views.
Two comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located on the upper level. The primary bedroom is furnished with s a queen bed, flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has queen bunk beds, great for kids! The third bedroom, on the lower level, features a queen bed, a private bathroom, beautiful lake views and access to the lake and outdoor areas.

Guest is responsible for any fine and/or violation that is imposed on the Homeowner due to the negligence of any person permitted on the Property by Guest. G. Guest agrees not to use the Property for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to, the sale, use or possession of illegal drugs on or around the Property. H. Absolutely no hazardous materials are permitted to be in or around the Property at any time. I. The burning of candles is not permitted within the Property, with the exception of birthday candles. J. Under no circumstances may a stove, oven or range be used as a source of heat. All appliances are to be used only for their intended purpose. K. Charcoal and Gas Barbecue grills may not be used inside any structure located on the Property. L. Guest may not bring a grill (of any type) or fire pit for use on the premises. M. Tents or other structures may not be erected on the Property without written approval. N. Commercial photography or filming is not permitted on the Property. O. All windows and doors must remain closed during inclement weather. P. Guest shall notify Manager of any pest control problems. Q. The use of any provided swimming pool or hot tub is at Guest`s own risk. Guest further understands that any interruption of use will not alter or change any of the terms of this Agreement. R. Guest may not block the fire escape at any time. S. The Homeowner does not permit gatherings at the Property. A disturbance caused by Guest or any person permitted on the Property during Guest`s stay which results in any police action or complaints from neighbors is considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of this Agreement with immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid as permitted by law. T. No towels or linens shall be taken from the Property. A cleaning fee is automatically added and charged for each confirmed reservation. Guest is expected to leave the Property in a neat and orderly condition. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning or trash removal is required upon Guest`s departure. U. A mandatory damage protection policy fee for third-party accidental rental damage insurance will be automatically charged to each booking. Should the assessed damages and or the amount of missing items, exceed the maximum limits of the insurance policy, Guest shall be held responsible to pay for the deficiency.

Great spot - comfy home, great water pressure and hot showers - well needed after a day skiing! Three of us stayed here and we never felt like we were cramped or on top of one another. The layout worked for us and we'd definitely consider staying here again the next time we head out the Roaring Fork Valley.

Property was in an area that was convenient to the location of a family reunion. We thought the view of the lake was beautiful. The weather was unusually hot, but rooms stayed relatively comfortable due to the availability of fans. The kitchen was well stocked with basic needs.

We were really happy with this place overall. Great location close to everything and the family we were visiting. Nice to have the room downstairs for my in laws to have their own space. A few things could use updating and the beds were comfortable but noisy. Loved the upper deck but the lower deck was not clean and had no chairs which was a little disappointing. Would stay here meAgain.

Wonderful townhouse in Basalt. It met our needs with two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and a bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Perfect for two families. Very nice home with all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall we had a good stay. The place was clean and kitchen was very well stocked. The only compliant we have, but it’s a big one, is the quality of the beds. No one in the group slept well. The mattress in the primary bedroom was hard and the rest were soft and lumpy. We would consider staying here again if they get new beds.

It was a great location and perfect for my needs. We need three parking places for the six of us. That need was met in the parking stricken Roaring Fork Valley. We come from different places through out the state. Our family doesn’t see each other as much as we want, but we always come together in February. We always look forward to meeting in the Basalt/Carbondale area.

We had a great stay in this townhome. The kitchen is nicely stocked. The beds were comfortable. Just a note, there are 3 levels and stairs! Not a problem for us, but be aware.
Also, no air conditioning, but we really appreciated and used the fans in all the bedrooms.
Clean, comfortable and beautiful views out back with the little lake.

We chose this property for location - we were visiting family who live 5 minutes away - and the price was fair.
Communication prior to check-in was slick and on arrival, the property delivered as promised - probably even more spacious than expected (although we are from the UK and used to smaller spaces!).
The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and essentials, the property was clean, 3 good bathrooms and quality washer + dryer machines.
Location is great - close to Willitts WF and CM and easy access to the 82. 25 minutes driving took us mountain biking on Snowmass in one direction and rafting on the Colorado river from Grizzly Creek in the other direction.
One point to note; the 82 gets busy early. If you have the window open the road noise is loud from 0600-0830 and in the evenings.
The guest guide carries warnings about fines for bins being raided by critters, yet the bin had no anti-critter lock on it. This really should be sorted by the owners/agency. The neighbours left their bins out overnight and we were woken by a bear making a mess. The neigbours had gone out and the litter was strewn around our vehicle so we had to clean it up in order to get out.
That said, we would definitely consider this property again as an option for our next visit to the area.

We liked that it was near a park. The kitchen was nice. Everything else was like a mediocre Holiday Inn. The beds made noise every time you moved. The windows didn’t stay open. The garage door worked - sometimes. The main rug had curled ends that you would trip on. But it was functional. So, I give it a 3.

Nice property, great location for us. It was rather dusty(Windows, window covering, window sills) and smelled like it had not had fresh air in a while. Additionally the door was not locked when we arrived. None of that of a big deal but you should know it needs to be cleaned better than it was. Nobody has done dusting there in a while.
