From the moment you open the door, you immediately get a sense of warmth and openness of the living area from the gorgeous stone fireplace to the magnificent mountain vistas of the Santa Rosa Mountains. There is a private Jacuzzi and a pool in the back yard with a full size community pool across the street. This is on the 17th fairway of the famous World Class Mountain Course. It offers 3 bedrooms and a den. Santa Fe plan for a total of 3,105 square feet. Master bedroom: King, 2nd bedroom: King, 3rd bedroom: 2 king beds. Just steps away from the famous La Quinta Resort with all the amenities of great dining, shopping, and activities. Wonderful home and a beautiful setting!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for one month in this beautiful home situated on the 17th hole of the Pete Dye Mountain Course. The leasing company was responsive to all of our needs and we quick to respond to the small problems that we had from time to time. The house is located in a beautiful gated neighborhood and is close to many great restaurants and target, Costco, etc.. The all I complaint that we have about the house is that the outside spa would never get warmer than about 93°. However, the heated pool worked very well.

Awesome Home!

This home was very clean, spacious, and had all things you need. My guest and I had an amazing time. The property managers were helpful. We left a few items behind and they were able to mail them to us. Very grateful for that. The only thing that was a bit complicated was the neighborhood. It was difficult to find the property since the address is not provided and the map is confusing.
