3BR and 3BA Luxury Condo in La Quinta, available to COVID litigators. We have all modern appliances (name brands) TV in every room. Located on the 2nd floor with a mountain view.
Seconds from community pool and minutes from big pool and the gated community gym. Each room with its own complete bath / toilet, small fridge and sink.

All three bedrooms are private and set-off from each other, lock-off features and can access outside directly.

All pools are salt-water each with hot spas, one large pool offers cabana on a first come first serve basis.
Lovely gardens, fountains, lighting, state of the art fitness center free of charge.

The property is managed by the owner, available anytime for questions.

Legacy Villas is new and clean and is close to many of the most beautiful golf courses in the Palm Springs / La Quinta area. Legacy Villas has one of the biggest common pools in the Valley, with a fantastic gym and clubhouse, bigger than most gyms in the area. There are 5 casinos in the area, and hiking and biking are also popular.

Friendly and responsive staff, making sure your time in Legacy Villas is relaxing. We offer videos, DVDs, video games, in English and some in foreign languages like Japan as well.
