This place has everything you want. The best of views of the beach, great proximity to restaurants and a great layout. I’ve traveled with teenagers and not one of them complained. Very impressed!

Trip was wonderful and this is not our first trip, but one of many. The condo was beautifully furnished and the kitchen, well equipped. The location is so conveniently located in Jaco. Its an easy walk to groceries, shopping and restauranrs. We love this location and feel very safe. Checkin and checkout was flawless.It was a wonderful vacation for ages 8- 70!We will be back!restaurants

Most Undersold Unit Listed on VRBO- Stunning Oversized Condo

This unit is complete undersold by VRBO.Usually when you arrive to a rental you find the pictures are nowhere near what the unit looks like. This was the exact opposite here. The rooms are all massive and immaculately clean. The porch is stunning with beautiful views. The pool is also quite large and not overcrowded. There is minimal wear and tear to this unit and comfortable sleeps a family of 6.

Great condo and location

The condo was quite large and very well appointed. We had a gorgeous ocean view and we took advantage of the large balcony. The sunsets were amazing every evening. Any staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. The condo is close to many shops and restaurants which made it easy for dining out. The condo can use several updates due to its age and the usual wear and tear however, I would definitely go back in the future.

Horrible pictures...beware

The first thing to realize is that the pictures of the unit are really bad. So bad, in fact, that they absolutely MINIMIZE the size and quality of the unit. OMG, the place was AMAZING, the size much bigger than you imagine after looking over the review, pictures and all. Everything was spotless, clean and orderly. It made me contemplate canceling a lot of the fun events and activities just to spend more time at home. But in all seriousness, the whole complex was incredible. Pool and hot tub overlooking the beach and ocean was spot on, best when the lightning was putting on a show (far, far away) and the raindrops were falling. Our unit had everything we could need in terms of linens/towels, utensils/cookware, I even asked ahead of time about laundry detergent and found a small bag left on the washing machine with enough for several loads of laundry, very classy. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the ocean is a must every morning. Do yourself a favor and take advantage of this unit while in Jaco, close to the main part of the drag with grocery, food, bars, etc. within easy walking distance. Oh, and some chap named David left his Netflix logged in so we were able to watch all the shows I don't want my kids to see I have in my queue, thanks David :) 5 stars all around.

Typically a great place, but surprise construction the whole trip!

I've stayed at Vista Las Palmas multiple times. Its usually amazing. The two things I love the most are the pool and the view from the balconies. Unfortunately half the pool and pool area was closed, and some tacky caution tape was going through the center of the pool. There were construction workers working on the balconies every day from about 7:30am to 3pm. There were construction workers visible from my unit 2 full days, and the lines they were hanging from (4 or 5) were visible every day. We were not informed about any on this prior to our stay. If I knew there was going to be construction I wouldn't have booked this. The unit was clean (except for the filthy grill on the patio) and had everything one might need. Good for families with kids when there is no construction.

Paradise in costa rica

VLP 10C is a lovely unit. Very well equipped, clean and nice furnishings. Beds are SO comfy. As reported by others, the AC won't go below 75 but it always felt cool and comfortable compared to outdoor temps and humidity. The views from the terrace are stunning. Grounds and pool are beautiful. Location is great with short walk to town. We would stay there again.

Great Service Karina w Vacasa

First and probably the most important thing when making reservations especially internationally is having a good line of communication. Karina with Vacasa was that person…she was quick to respond to any emails where I had questions and I appreciated that. The only thing I would be mindful of for those planning to stay at this particular condominium is apparently you cannot set the thermostat below 74° For the guys that’s OK but if I’m taking my wife it means no.

Amazing view and Location!

The condo was right on Jaco Beach with amazing views out to sea, we even got to see Whales breach from the Balcony! The condo was very spacious and could easily accommodate a family of 6 plus with 3 bedrooms in total. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with every known cooking item known to any Chef or upcoming one! Comfortable seating inside and outside on the balcony, with a tables to eat inside or outside on the Balcony too! Only thing missing was a small amount of standard kitchen supplies, such as spices, bottled water and a few staples to get you started. It was nice to have coffee supplied though!

Amazing view

Family of 5- we loved eating meals on the balcony overlooking the sea and watching the whales! Everything was clean and well done, kitchen is well stocked, though no basic cooking essentials (oil, vinegar, etc) so come prepared. Beds were super comfortable and the whole place was very roomy for us all. The A/C is hardwired to stay at 76 degrees, which is quite warm for us, and the front bedroom and main area had trouble keeping cool and were humid. The A/C guy came out twice and couldn’t find a problem, so it’s something you need to be able to adapt to. Karina was our Vacasa host and she was extremely responsive, super kind, and helpful. The grounds are gorgeous with lush tropical vegetation, flowers, and the staff around the grounds are so very friendly! The pool was AWESOME and so beautiful from anywhere you sat! Nice to have covered parking, especially in the rainy season! We would definitely return if we were coming back to Jaco. Highly recommend this condo and highly recommend Vacasa as rental group!

Amazing oceanview in the heart of Jaco, walking distance from eveything you need (food, pharmacy, banks, shopping, enterntaiment. Very nice, fully equipped condo. Excellent customer service by VACASA and gate security guards. Just a heads up for late check in 4pm and early check out 10am
